We had a leak in the tub that needed to get fixed. it was leaking through the overflow and there were loose tiles where water was leaking through as well. the Plumber said he needed to get a gasket for the overflow. went to go get it and got a call to go to another job. told me i could do the gasket myself and to get it at menards! told me if i wanted him to come back it would be another service call because it was a special gasket.(that they carry at menards) when i told him it was still part of the first service call he told me to talk to his supervisor and hung up on me. i could understand if i was yelling at him. but i wasnt. i called the main number and they told me that its because they were loosing money on this and they would split the fee of the new service call. WTF! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

In early November I had this company come out and inspect my furnace and water heater as I am selling my house. They looked at my water heater and fixed a pipe and said my furnace was in good working order. They signed a piece of paper that stated this. A month and a half later my furnace went out and I learned that it was NOT in good working order and needed to be cleaned. Had they of done their job and suggested I cleaned the furnace the $1000 furnace fix that I encountered could have been avoided!! I called to let them know what happened and what this incident caused me - they apologized for my bad experience and offered to refund me the 5 minutes worth of the time on that call for the repairman that did NOT do his job. I would NEVER recommend this company. Stay clear!

Called on a Monday they came the following Wednesday. Didnt really have a time frame until Wednesday. The plumber spent the first 30 minutes trying to figure out where the leak was from under the sink. (First 30 minutes costs $150) so save some of the labor cost by identifying whats leaking if you can or know the part you need replaced. Needed to take out and close off the water purification system. Job done. He left all the parts of the system in my sink for me to clean up. Total cost $290 for 1.5 hours. $120/hr after the first 30 minutes.

Hiring Ryan plumbing was the worst mistake I made during my 2015 home renovation and bathroom remodel. Aside from terrible communication, lack of attention to detail, and shady licensing of the plumbers, they actually failed to hook up my bathtub drain, resulting in flooding in the room below and serious damages. I regret ever working with them and warn you to stay away.

The guy came and really seemed to have no idea what he was doing while banging on the pipes. Then said I needed a valve he didnt have. It would cost $100 for the valve they sell for less than $20 at Home Depot. In all they charged the "minimum" $125 for really doing nothing.

You be the judge. I am out of town, I called them out to replace a flame sensor, which I knew was the problem. The tenant said the work took them 5-10 minutes to replace it. They charge me $45 for the flame sensor and $295 for the labor, a total of $340. Ouch!!!
