Roto-Rooter is a company with a heart! Adam genuinely cares about his customers and their satisfaction! He came to my home and was respectful of my time and concerned about the inconvenience to my family. He was very professional and even wore protective boot coverings in my house. I received a free estimate (a very good deal) for major work consisting of three pumps and replacement pits and jackhammer work. Lucas was the actual plumber who performed the work and was also very professional and respectful. He worked extremely hard and long hours to finish the job because he did not want my family to be inconvenienced longer than we had to. I was pleased with the work and will have Lucas back for other repairs. The greatest part of the service was after the service! Adam came back to my house to inspect the work (along with Lucas) and they took the time show me how to divert the water discharged from the pumps away from my house. They ended up staying for some time to find the exit point of an existing hard piped drain to my back yard--which saved me from digging a long trench! My sewer line was in need for replacement. I received extremely prompt service. Ben & Brock came out first and were extremely nice, very knowledgeable, and gave me several options. Absolutely no pressure which one to choose. The scheduled date to start, the crew (Ben & Karrey) were here early and started excavating. Karrey knew his stuff. They started to dig EXACTLY where Ben had located the sewer. (The city locator missed the location by 8 feet, glad Ben knew where it was). I choose to have appx 30 feet relined which required a special crew. They were here on time and were very professional. Ben scoped the lining in which I saw the inside, very impressive, From the lining they replaced my sewer pipe to the city main. Excellent work and no complaints. Ryan came over to check on the job and my satisfaction. I was quite impressed. They left the backyard in excellent condition. Seeded the yard and placed straw on top. Clean up was top line. Thank you Ben, Brock, Karrey, Zeke, Crew from Ohio,and Ryan. Ryan you have excellent people!!! You cant go wrong with this group.

We received great customer service and workmanship from this company. Which is quite the compliment, because we had major sewer line failure and expense. Not only was our old line to the street collapsing, the entire line length was located under 80 linear feet of asphalt drive. The recommendation was to install 80 feet of epoxy resin through the old sewer line with specialized equipment. Quite expensive, but prevented us from an even more expensive replacement of 100 feet of asphalt drive. Adam and Brock were both very professional in their concern, evaluations and presentation of options to very emotional clients. Adam took time to patiently show us the actual damage through a scope camera and gave us his recommendations with no marketing pressure. We were very pleased with the work ethic and demeanor of every employee that came to our property, from the excavation (Zeke) to the complicated installation of the resin sleeve (crew from Ohio).

Met Ben from Roto-Rooter today, and was VERY impressed with his honesty and skills, and reaffirmed future estimates after problem taken care of today. I have used REEDS in the past, but had been disappointed with the time they took and not seeming as skilled or knowledgeable, and frankly thought they stretched their time out to up labor costs. However, Ben saved me on the hour by planning to pre-pick-up parts for the rest of the major work to be done per scheduled appt. I feel like I can trust him and highly recommend HIM, and Roto-Rooter!! I am VERY pleased with preliminary service already, and trust him to do the rest at sperior quality in good time without taking advantage of me. He also is very personable, and giving my dog a few scratches didnt hurt, either!! (I SO trust fellow "dog-lovers"!!) Thank you, Gary & Ben!!

I noticed a little water damage on the wall behind the shower in my home, and recoginized the sound of a leak happening beneith the floor in the bathroom. The problem seemed big enough to call in the professionals to help. Adam showed up promptly on time, and immediatly diagnosed the situation. Without hesitation, he was in the crawl space investigating the pipes. He walked me through the whole procedure of fixing the busted pipe in crawlspace, and got staight to work. While in the floor, he found two more leaks and asked if I wanted them fixed before going to work. Adam worked throughly and efficently, and even helpped me clean up afterwards. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to any of my friends in need of a professional plumber, and I want to give Adam the highest recommendation.

We were dealing with a clogged kitchen sink and had no luck using our own methods, so we called Roto Rooter and they arrived a few hours later to help us out. David was the one on call, as it was around 8PM, and no joke, he was the nicest guy. He showed up and was extremely personable and knowledgeable. You would think the guy was your best friend even though you only just met him. That made the overall experience excellent and, to top it off, the service was great too and our kitchen sink now drains flawlessly. Would recommend them, and I see no reason why I wont be calling them for any future plumbing issues. Thanks David!

I had what I "assumed" was a rather simple clog problem with my two toilets. However, after Lucas asked some pertinent questions and checked some things the problem was found to be a lot more serious. He thoroughly and professionally explained the situation, offered options and clarified what each option would cover. Based on his knowledge in his field and my plumbing situation I decided to "go with" rather extensive work. Lucas was polite, knowledgeable and professional while in my home, and the work was done in a timely manner - on a Sunday yet. I would highly recommend him if you need plumbing work.

Edward was extremely helpful. We had a broken sewer line and old, leaking branch lines. He found multiple problems that someone else had tried to conceal, and he repaired or replaced all of them in a timely manner. He was very easy to talk with and discuss payment options and he even made sure we had pictures for our insurance company before he started work. Edward went above and beyond for our family and our home and we are truly grateful. It was hard, disgusting work, and he did it professionally, efficiently, and without complaint.
