My check engine light came on a weekend night. First thing Monday morning I started calling local places to find out cost for running a full diagnostic. Didnt want to drive to my regular place since it was more than a few miles away, and I wasnt sure if driving there would damage the engine. Found out about these neighborhood folks from a referral. Maxville Services is my new go-to auto repair service! First of all, they charge $20 less than my regular place to run a full diagnostic. Then I find out the shop is owned by a woman. As a single woman, I LOVE that this is a woman-owned and woman-run business. Nicholas, their certified car tech was transparent and thorough. They were able to get me fairly quickly. Everyone is so responsive! Dropped my car off, and received a ride home. Got a call when it was done and the owner came to pick me up. Really nice waiting area, they explain everything thoroughly, prices are fair and service is phenomenal. Thank you Maxville Services!

This place was amazing all around. I am from Kentucky. I was traveling through to a wedding in Wisconsin and had planned to stay the night in St. Paul. As soon as I hit the Cities I started to experience car problems. Maxville was able to get me in the next morning and have it checked out and serviced before 10am! They were knowledgeable, caring, hospitable, and I loved the unique feel of this shop. The building was clean, professional, and definitely had a womens touch with a kids area, seating area, even a salon. It is a great way to make the customers feel at home while they have their car worked on. They also care for the customer in little ways-- when I went to my car they had placed a little goodie baggy on my seat saying thanks for choosing their services. I didnt feel like they were trying to cheat me out of anything or sell me more than I needed. This place was different from any other mechanic shop I have been to and I loved it. Thanks Maxville!

Honest, Fast and Reliable I left my car in the overnight drop box because my water pump had seized. Thankfully I was able to tow it to medi-car. I went to work the next morning and called to talk to somebody about the issues I was experiencing. They walked me through what they were going to do, did a check over the car and gave me a quote. When I picked it up later that day my bill was less than they quoted me. My repairs have been spectacular so far. Great company. I would recommend them to anyone

This was the best experience Ive had at an auto place. The lady working at the desk was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and friendly. It is obvious that they have tried to create a non-stressful environment as it is warm, cozy, and welcoming. There is a kids area, TV area, and drinks/snacks. When you have car troubles, it is very stressful, but I felt very calm and at ease at Maxvilles. I would definitely recommend Maxvilles to anyone and will definitely continue to give them my business!

I LOVED Maxville! I made an appointment to get my brakes checked, for free - they made time for me the very next day. After reviewing my brakes, the tech brought me back to the shop, to show me what was happening. He set up time that afternoon. They drove me home, and I came back 4 hours later -- to a completed car! Did I mention, I got a hot cup of coffee while I waited - and I bought a card, and a gift for my daughter while I was there?! This place is the best!

We had vehicles in to Maxville twice. First, my wife had a tire problem, and they had her in and out really quickly. Second, my daughter had a check engine light on. They looked over the vehicle, determined the repair would be covered by warranty, and then the store owner, Susan, gave my daughter a ride home! I cant explain how relieved and less stressed I feel after going to Maxville. My car is running smoothly and with the knowledge that this staff gave to me, I fully trust my car is in the right hands. I know that the work that needs to be done will be done correctly and at a reasonable price. Im kept informed if something else is found and the mechanic lets me know if its something that just needs to be watched. The staff is a very knowledgeable and friendly. My son now brings his car to maxville for service.

Ok place, the mechanic was rushing when i was there even though it wasnt even busy. I had to ask them to fill my tires with air even though i was told they always check tire pressure. And when the mechanic was done he didnt even twist the valve cover on all the way.

Maxville installed new front bearings and Im having issues 3 months later and Ive contacted the owner and no one will get back to me. They did it cheaper than other places but beware apparently they dont have a policy for their work.
