I started coming to Garrisons shortly after they opened in Lakeland and its the only garage I go to and will be the only garage that Ill go to.What impressed me the first few times I went there was their committment to service and customer satisfaction. They are also darn good mechanics... like George says "if I can repair airplane moters I should be able to fix your cars"He spent most of his career working at N.West Airlines on engines. I used to shop around and check for lower prices for different equipment but no longer do. I have complete trust that they will be as competetive as they can and still have the level of service they do.Its nice to have a garage to take my cars and many of my kids cars. Highly Recommended !

I totally TRUST these guys. I have taken my car to Garrison Auto Repair several times for oil changes, tune-ups, tires and general repairs, like brakes and water pump. They have always taken care of me and I trust them to do the job right and charge a fair price. They dont try to pressure me on unneeded repairs, like other shops have, and are always thorough in explaining what my car needs and why. Even though I may not always understand all the technical aspects I still appreciate them treating me like Im intelligent enough to comprehend it. Price is important when shopping for a good repair shop but more important than knowing that I can trust them with my vehicle.

Friendly, straightforward, no BS car repair. I do comparison shopping for major repairs, and although Garrison isnt always the cheapest they are by far the easiest to work with and I trust their assessment of what repairs need to be done. It does help that we live nearby, and I can ride my bike or walk to drop off or pick up the car. Theyve worked on 3 of my cars, and been flawless every time. Outstanding. Strongly recommend.

My wife called on Saturday for an oil change after being told by the dealer that they were booked through the following Wednesday. James at Garrison told her that they were busy, but that they would squeeze her in. They changed the oil and even inspected the brakes and let her know that her brakes were fine. Very nice, we would recommend Garrison Auto repair.

Garrison Auto Repair did a fantastic job replacing the clutch in my 12-year-old car. Their original estimate was extremely reasonable, and the total bill ended up being $100 less than quoted. They also finished the car two days earlier than they originally promised. I highly recommend this shop and will be bringing both of my cars here from now on!

72 Truck sat there for 2 weeks. Finally called them. Told me I needed a new carburetor. Charged me $50. Took to my mechanic they changed plugs and wires. Now truck runs great (didnt need 300 dollar carb apparently. They were friendly but probably wont go back. Might have been honest mistake.

Super kind and fully honest. I needed a key for special locking lugs and the head mechanic let me take his! Unbelievable and awesome. Im not saying that you should expect free tools here! But they are kind and professional.
