SO incredibly frustrated and angry with this place!! I am someone who is completely ignorant about cars so I need to rely on mechanics to know whats going on. Ive been getting my oil changed and tires at this location for about the past 10 years and theyve always done a pretty decent job - no complaints. Well the other day I notice the "red fluid" in my car is about empty so I bring it in. They tell me it is my power steering fluid pump and hose. That didnt seem right to me since my power steering hose had been broken before and that wasnt the fluid that leaked but I figured the "EXPERTS" at tires plus would know best so i just believed them. I didnt want to get it fixed that day so they said I would be fine if i just bought the power steering fluid and kept adding it... Well red fluid is the TRANSMISSION FLUID! I had accidentally added some power steering fluid before I realized it was the wrong color. I tires plus and they basically said I was SOL.. so now my car is completely screwed up and might even be totaled. THANKS A LOT FOR ABUSING YOUR AUTHORITY AS "EXPERTS"!!!!!

They told me my car was not safe to drive off because a rear ball joint was worn down and they said my wheel would fall off. I had my car in my regular repair shop a week earlier when they also noted that they would need to be replaced, but not for another 3,000 miles or so. I called my regular shop to ask them about this and they confirmed that the ball joints would be fine until my next oil change. The guy at Tires Plus lied to me about the seriousness of the problem so that I would pay them to do it. Funny enough, I fell for the same thing at another Tires Plus in St. Paul a year before. I wont even get my oil changed at Tires Plus any more.

Greatest auto shop is right here! After having a few things repaired at another shop, I went to Tires Plus to have some remaining parts fixed. After doing an inspection they discovered that the other parts were not only cheap ones, but also that they were improperly installed!! Needless to say, they replaced all the bad parts in half the time of the other shop, fixed the remaining parts, and had me back on the road, staying after hours just so that I could leave for my business trip on time. Ive learned my lesson: if my car has problems, it goes here and only here. End of story.

I dealt with Troy and had an absolutely wonderful experience. I had some major car problems and Troy took really good care of me. When it turned out that it was past the scope of what Tires Plus was capable of (Full Engine Replacement), he took it upon himself to make sure I was made whole financially and directed me to the right avenue to get my problems taken care of. Great experience! I highly recommend anyone who has needs for the basic oil change to needing new tires to mechanical/technical issues, go to Tires Plus in Hastings, they will take care of you.

This is the best auto repair place I have ever been to by far. I now know why my wife has been recommending it since I moved to town. We arrived without an appointment, but got in right away. Even though we had received the wrong parts from an auto parts store the day before, the staff at Tires Plus went above and beyond to help us. I will only be going here in the future.

Best value in town!!! Very polite and professional. I love that they have Valerie working at the desk. Having a female at the desk makes the experience less intimidating for all us ladies . Valerie is very helpful and friendly. Overall excellent, prompt service and great value! They have my business for life!

Tried to inquire why the "manager" would not honor a 10% coupon advertised at his location, his address. He rudely told me he was already giving me these tires at cost already and before I could say another word, he blurted " not gonna happen" three times. Folks, dont waste your time or money here.

The guys there fixed my car and found the problems that other shops were guessing at for months . the old manager jerry mailed out a letter to me after he was fired to try and get my business , I still go to tires plus and get great service . Their mechanic is awesome and the most honest in town .

Troy was very thorough with the problem I was having with my vehicle. He explained the problem and solution to fixing it, also they had it repaired extremely quick and the cost was fair....I would highly recommend them for any job pertaining to your vehicle. 5 STARS!!!!!!!!!

Worst Service ever. Stood in line for 20 minutes...finally got to the counter and asked for a quick oil change. The guy said no because they close in 10 minutes. ..seriously? You saw me standing there for 20 minutes waiting! Will never go back to this location.
