I am from out of town and I was needing to pick up my mothers car that had been sitting for 2 years. I called ahead of time to set up an appointment, and ended up not getting in to town on time and also needing an unexpected tow. I called to let them know I was behind schedule and they were very understanding and friendly about it. Once I got it to the shop they asked me when I needed to have it done by to leave to go back home. I told them the next day, and they said they would get it done. Next morning they called and told me everything that needed to be done, along with pricing for each thing. They were initialing doing a trip inspection to make sure I could get back home with it. So after they told me everything that should be fixed they went back over the list and told me what absolutely needed to be done for us to make it home. They got to work on it right away, and had it done an hour and a half later. I feel as though everything was priced reasonably, and I can trust the work that was done to the vehicle. Made it home, and I am very happy with the service I received. :)

Your search for an honest, exceedingly competent mechanic stops here! Im active Real Estate Broker & manage rental properties, have 2 boys & 3 vehicles Ford Fusion, Buick Rendezvous, Chrysler 300 as you can tell by the vehicles, our personalities are very different but one thing we all have in common is were very busy, like most families were very active behind the wheel and need are vehicles to function. Over the last year Ive taken all 3 vehicles to Complete Auto Repair. This is what I received from each visit complete knowledge & vehicle detailed of my cars condition and a precise recommendations to get our vehicle running now! I received a time frame in how long the services will take and this team did not miss a thing, and theres no BS or hidden charges any unnecessary work quoted and very reasonable rates. Youll save in the long run with this level of service, believe me. I would definately recommend to anyone in the area and would go back for services on all my vehicles.

Awesome! I was experiencing two issues with my vehicle: road noise and low mileage. I called Complete Auto Repair and they nearly diagnosed both problems over the phone. After checking out my vehicle in the shop, they presented me with a list of options and didnt pressure me. The road noise was because of a bad wheel hubs. Unlike Joes Auto Repair, they recommended trying to replace just one of the front wheel hubs, instead of both. Turns out that was all that was needed! Saved me $350. The staff are very friendly and they do very quick work. Never going anywhere else for repairs in Rochester! Definitely recommending them to my friends. Trustworthy and competent. On a side note, I highly suspect the ratings (bad and good) have been stuffed for some of the other auto repair places. Look over the reviews for signs that they are genuine or fake.

Talked to these guys by phone about a problem, gave me an honest answer. In a situation where they could have easily suggested I go ahead and have them replace my battery (slow to start on cold mornings), they noted that the aftermarket battery is not a significant increase in starting amps and would not make a significant difference. Prior experience with another vehicle was also very satisfactory. Appreciate these guys.

Based on previous positive reviews, I chose to take my car into Complete Auto Repair to diagnose the reason for my check engine light being on. I was not disappointed! I stopped by 15 minutes before they closed, and they very courteously and quickly ran a free diagnostic test and found that nothing was actually wrong with my car. The light was triggered by my fuel cap bring loose. Ive found my new auto repair shop.

Installed a custom exhaust with a resonable price. That was fast. Will recommend to others. The staff was so friendly and helpful. No pressure or disrespect at all. I was considering because this looks like a small repair shop. I did not think they are better than other bigger repair shop in town but they are really much better. Come here to fix your car with a resonable price with fast and friendly service.

My brakes were absolutely horrible. The other auto shops were over priced and asking for too much. I called Complete Auto Repair and they were able to get my car in the next day. Their quotes were definitely more affordable than the other repair shops in town. Im really satisfied with the customer care service and I will always take my car here in the future. Great customer service and excellent communication! Would highly recommend to friends and family. Had some last minute issues with my truck and Complete Auto was able to get me in within the hour. They did a complete diagnosis and presented me with multiple options for repair. Would do business with again!

They are truly honest and twice have turned me away because what someone else in town said I needed to repair, they said was fine even though they didnt get any money from it. They also have competitive prices that are the same as or cheaper than other places in town.

Great care in their work had my brakes done and any other time Ive done that I needed all 4 corners done but these guys told me my rears are still good for a while! Honest people here and Im always nervous that places always find more wrong than should be found highly recommend!

I am so happy with my experience at Complete Auto! I had many things fixed, including air conditioning that I havent had in years because I was told it was unfixable! Travis and his team are wonderful- I highly recommend going there for ANY vehicle needs!!! :)

Brought my GFs car in for a scheduled oil change. They could not get the car in within 2 hrs so I had to return the next day. Again the following day it took over 2 hours to get the oil change completed. I will not be returning to Complete Auto Care.

Had my 90,000 mile service here. The prices were reasonable, but it took them longer to be done than originally promised. It was past their closing time when then finished.
