My boyfriend had went to Lowes, got all the stuff to put in a new faucet, turned off all the water valves we could find in the house, only to remove the hoses from the pipe under the sink and have water SPRAYING all the way up to the ceiling. We couldnt find any other shut off valves in the house and had water starting to pool under the sink and on our floor. We have no basement and we were fearful of our house flooding. Plus, this was at 10:30 P.M. on a Tuesday. I called Roto Rooter, and the lady was able to find a technician who was able to come to our house within 30 - 45 minutes to help us out. Thankfully, the guy lived close and arrived in 10. He was able to finally get the water turned off (from outside, which we couldnt do without a special wrench to open the cover), and got our new faucet on for us. Very thankful to this wonderful technician and Roto Rooter for helping keep our house from flooding. Thank you so very much!!!!! plumber and Arnold

June 19, 2012 - We had a loose toilet, rusted bolts and a clogged bathroom sink. Our St. Louis Roto-Rooter plumber showed up on-time and was upfront about the price right from the start (which is much appreciated). He got through the dirty work of fixing the toilet and then checked out the sink. The original home owners had done the piping completely wrong. Our plumber went to work, getting the right parts, pulling out the torch and redoing the entire thing for us. Where other plumbers may ignore such a tedious problem to solve, he jumped right on it and got it done fast. Once again RR came through for us in the clutch with friendly, fast and quality service!

It was Sunday morning. Our drain problems started in the evening Saturday night. My husband did what he could. By the morning, we decided we couldnt fix the clogged drain, so we called Roto-Rooter. A technician was at our house in no time. Jacob (tech 4590) was friendly, informative and very professional. He got us taken care of, and back to our weekend, in a short amount of time. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has plumbing issues.
