COMEPLETE RIP OFF, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! Drain Masters ripped off my grandma because she didnt know any better. I talked with the owner Eric and he was supposed to "talk with his tech and get back to me later that day" Fast forward a month later and about 8 unreturned phone calls back to Eric and I am still left with no answer. The problem: My grandma thought her water heater was leaking. The tech comes out, says yes, the water heater this same company installed for the heater and labor 4 year earlier at a cost of $1194 was bad, but it wasnt, it was actually a crack in their foundation (which they also had to have fixed after these scam artists) that was causing water to come in. Their water heater was covered under warranty so Drain Masters were supposed to (even according to the paperwork) install a brand new water heater for the cost of labor ONLY. After installing the new (unneeded) water heater and 2.5 hours of labor my grandma was slapped with a $1,032 bill!!!!! Not knowing what to do Drain Masters offered her financing at 26.99% which she had to do!! So my unknowing grandma on a fixed income is forced to finance over $1,000 on what should have been a $250 labor cost for replacement. Scam artists in a bad economy, poor business practices, rip off, you name it they do it. What a scam, maybe this will cause the scheister owner Eric to call me back but I highly doubt it.

Called Friday September 22, 2017 @2:30PM. Woman who answer phone would not give me prices for snaking a drain. She said a service person would come out and assess my situation for free and that person would go over everything with me. I made an appointment for them to come out. She said it would be one to one and a half hours until the service person would get there. Shortly after taking my info I received an e-mail with appointment verification of 2:45-4:45PM. At 4:30 I called to get status update and she told me it would be another half hour to 45 minutes until he was there. At 5:30 I gave up and went home as this was at my moms house 7 doors away. At 5:45 my mother called stating he arrived and she let him in. Two minutes later I arrived at the house and the service person was already at the bottom of the steps with his sewer auger. i asked him what the price was; $225.00. Why could the girl not tell me the price in the first place. He was at the bottom of the steps ready to do the work without approval. This is shoddy business and will never do business with them. And if the owner wants to call me you got my number in Fenton

Terrible work & ridiculously high prices. This company charged us over $260 to unclog my kitchen sink. They took over three hours passed the quoted time they gave me to get to my house & on top of it all they charged me an $89 service fee on top of the $260 fee to "fix" my sink because they said it was passed 6pm even though I called them around 2:30pm. Then 32 days later my sink clogged again & when I called them back they said it was passed the 30 day warranty & theyd have to charge me again. So I called another company,who only charged $100,& after trying to unclog it they told me whoever cabled the drain prior had left over 20 feet of broken off cable inside my drain. Thankfully the other company,Budget,removed the cable for no extra fee,unclogged my drain,& its been flowing great ever since. Never use Drain Masters unless u want your drain messed up worse than before & like paying high prices. I Hate this company. They are RIP off artists

We have had Drain Masters out for several repairs over the years, but yesterdays was such a great experience, I had to leave a review. We had an issue with our garbage disposal and leaking pipe under the kitchen sink. Being that it was Thanksgiving Day and we were hosting our family, it was imperative that we got it fixed or preparation for the meal and clean up afterward would have not been possible. I called Drain Masters at noon, and the owner, Brandon Campbell, and had it fixed by 2:30 pm. The best part is that it was such a simple fix, he did not charge us for the repair or service call, and on Thanksgiving! Not many businesses would be this generous, especially on a holiday where they could charge a premium for an emergency call. Needless to say, we will be calling Drain Masters for all of our future plumbing needs!

I had an emergency one day & I was told they would give me a free estimate but they wouldnt even attempt to give me a rough ballpark estimate or even quote me their predetermined prices. So fast forward 3 hours passed the promised arrival time. They came out & unclgged my mainline then tried to sell me an unnecessary $700 procedure they called a hydro jet,I declined & asked what I owed them for what they did. I was filled with joy when they told me it would be $270 for unclogging my mainline &,oh yeah,that "free estimate" they told me theyd give me turned into a $90 charge fee they reworded as a service charge. Drain Masters are nothing but over priced ripoff artists that do average work & steal by deception. They didnt even clean up. My walls still had waste splattered on my walls caused from the machine they used. Unbelievable

Had a sump pump that stopped working in the middle of the night. I live in the Wentzille area and called Drain Masters at around 2 in the morning and was surprised when someone answered. They were very polite on the phone and put me on the schedule for early morning. Glen showed up on time and was very helpful. Not only was he very knowledgeable and on time he was very easy to talk to, understanding and conscience about the little things like covering his shoes when coming in and taking time to explain things about what he was planning to do. The job was completed very quickly and the new sump pump is working great. I would definitely recommend Drain Masters and Glen to anyone looking for plumbing work.

Scott H. of Drain Masters Plumbing in the Weldon Spring, MO, office fixed all the pesky plumbing problems on our list in a very professional manner. He was friendly and easy to talk with and answered all my questions. He removed, and disposed of, our old water conditioner which no longer worked. He went over and above my expectations when he simplified the maze of pipes which remained. He also replaced our outside frost-free hydrant which leaked and was difficult to shut off and he replaced the tub spigot and diverter which didnt divert all the water to the shower. He also suggested a solution for another item we could do ourselves. I heartily recommend them.

I live in Elseberry and needed a plumber desperately at night when my sewage backed up suddenly roto rooter who says they have 24 hour service couldnt come out! But when I called drain masters they came out right away and the plumber was wonderful and sweet and very professional and they didnt over charge us. Jamarr found out it wasnt just a clog I had a water main break they fixed my pipe and again we were not over charged if anything we were under charged for his services...Drain masters has made a permant customer with us. I would and will refer them to anyone. Thank you Jamarr and Drain masters
