1 star is generous!! They put a hole in my wall for a simple leak that only required the tub to have a caulk touch-up. Then...get this...had the nerve to charge me $288 based on some unknown "pay matrix" they use. Complete rip-off. The manager then offered to not charge me, but they didnt caulk my tub so in guess thats fair...but I still have a 10x10 hole in my wall and when I asked about the wall repair the response I got was "We dont drywall!" I cannot recommend anyone to use this place unless you want unnecessary holes in your home, find a local plumber!! Just horrible!!!
