I am blown away by the customer service Dave has provided. We contacted RootermanSTL with short notice to help us with a clogged sink. He was able to fit us in the same day, and he effectively cleared our clog. He was through, thoughtful, efficient and pleasant to speak with. His service was well worth the modest charge. To take things to the next level, he sent us a thank you. I hope to never need a drain unclogged again, but if I do, I wont call anyone except Dave with RootermanSTL. I encourage anyone needing service to give him a try. 5 Star Excellent!

We are selling our house and discovered through an inspection that someone had dropped what we thought was a 2x4 down the stack drain in our yard. A local plumbing company gave me Dave Humphreys phone number and he came out within 24 hours and fished out a brick and a piece of wood for a very reasonable price. He was a delightful person and amazingly competent. I can recommend Dave Humphrey, RooterMan, without qualification.

Steve, with Roto Rooter did a great job. He was able to clear our dedicated one inch PVC pipe for the water softener. Several traditional plumbing companies didnt want to take this blockage. Thankfully, the last one contacted suggested Roto Rooter. The thirty minute advanced courtesy call prior to their arrival was also appreciated.
