Calling on a Sunday, i expected to pay more, but not $360.00 for a 1/2hr visit to replace a $5 part! I could almost have bought a new water heater for that amount, My fault for not asking, but it would have been nice if they would have offered that information up front! After the fact, I was told by someone that they are one of the most expensive plumbers in the area, To top this off, when I went to shower, I had to turn my hot water on full because he did not turn the thermostat up enough! Inexcusable in my book! That being said, the plumber arrived quickly, was nice and replaced my thermocouple. I did learn they only carry one brand of hot water heaters because they are made in the US. I applaud their support of US made products..

The lady that answers the phone was obviously having a horrible day. Twice interrupted me during my attempt to use their service. Once to put me on hold which was fine and then asks me how can they help. I go to explain I have a simple request to come out and snake my pipe as she interrupts she says well not to be rude but? Completely blew me off. Ive paid other companies $250 to come out and do that job in 30 minutes and just wanted to see if they could do it less expensive. Never before calling a business has somebody been that short with me before I got ten words out of my mouth. Ill pass! Im in sales and thats not how you earn business. I live 2 miles from here but Ill call somebody that cares :)

$285 for a 20 minute visit to replace a $30 part, that they installed less than five years ago. I was told it was a set price-after it was installed. Im no math wiz but I think that works out to be $750 an hour. I could live with a minimum one hour service charge but this was excessive.

Same day service. The plumber was polite, well groomed and extremely knowledgeable. He cleaned up after himself and we would definitely hire him again. We hired him at our place of business.
