About the same as every other fitness center you may go to in the area. Limited amount of free weights. No real instruction or trainers available. Workers go around and wipe things down they arent supposed to, like the lubricating oil on the pulleys and areas of the machines that are "supposed to" have lubricating oil. Overall, they are nice people...but they are "sound monitors" - "greeters" and "light maintenance" at most. If you like mediocre machine weights for lifting or really only go for the treadmills, eliptical or stationary bikes - this is perfect for you. If you want to build muscle or have access to people who can help you, dont go here.

Originally, I only joined because it was becoming too cold to ride my bicycle. The promotion they had at that time was too good to pass up. After a month and a half, I decided to keep the membership and get serious about strength training. Very knowledgeable staff, clean place, nice equipment, friendly people and *NO PRESSURE SALES PITCH*. I also love the fact that they sound the "lunk alarm" when someone is pushing themselves too hard. I hate trying to work out when someone is grunting and exhaling as loud and as fast as they can, or dropping the weights with a loud clang. _If you want to do that, go to Golds._ I love this place, and plan to keep going.

I was at this location for 2 years. I enjoyed that they have multiple machines, and several tvs in the cardio area. My biggest complaint is that they tell you to talk to the persoanl trainer and they have all these workout programs listed, but in 2 years i never met the personal trainer or was told how training sessions worked.Its a great gym if you are on a budget. They could use a pool and they need to pay their employees better to improve customer service, and customer satisfaction. If you get the black card its a great deal, you can bring a guest for free and use their tanning beds and massage chairs.

After being harassed at Golds Gym and made to feel like I was the bad guy for not wanting to shell out $1200 for personal training sessions, Planet Fitness was really a "no intimidation zone". The staff is always pleasant and nice, and there is so many machines, you never have to wait for anything. Ive lost 91 pounds so far, and part of that is due to the fact that i can go to the gym and not be surrounded by "lunks".

Ive been going here since they opened. For the price it cant be beat. The biggest challenge the business faces is as the equipment gets older it starts to break. My biggest complaint is the amount of time it takes for broken equipment to be repaired but ultimately its only a few specific types of machines that cause problems. The staff are always friendly and ready to help.

Love this gym! After one day of going, cant believe I went anywhere else for the previous years! The Black Card is worth the extra $9 a month because the tanning and massage chairs. The facilities are always clean and (almost) everyone that works there will go out of their way to make sure you are treated with respect and kindness.

For $10 a month, its a great for cardio users and fat people. If you are trying to put on muscle, dont join here. No bench, free weights go up to 75 lbs, and the staff stalk the members like night hawks, sounding the lunk alarm every chance the annoying little trolls get. lots of fat chicks, also

Been a member for years, love it... the staff is great, everything is always clean and its never over crowded around the lunch hour. Would like to see new equipment that I have heard about in other locations, as well as thicker mats in the ab area (like you used to have).

Been going here for a couple months now. Very nice place. Locker rooms are nice and clean to allow for taking a shower before work. :) Staff at 5:30am are very friendly. I will definitely recommend this place to people looking to start working out!

The staff is all super friendly! Everyone is super nice and very welcoming! The building and bathrooms and very well kept! Even tho i moved from ballwin to north county i still make the extra drive out there to work out! Keep up the good work

I have come to really appreciate the customer service at all the locations. Im an early bird in the gym and always greeted with a warm welcome. The equipment is top notch and the locations are impeccable clean. You cant beat the price.

Fortels pizza on the first Monday nights of the month. Free tanning and massages with black membership level. All the equipment I need to get in a good sweat and the front desk people are generally pretty helpful and nice

Very clean facility. There are no free barbells so expect to use Smith machines for bench, swats, and dead lift. Dont worry though. I did not have to change my routine just had to find new ways to do the same thing.

I joined a year ago very nice. This place rocks I work in midland most of the time but can use my membership anywhere. And dont have anyone look at ne weird while I work out.

Always clean. Overnight guy is friendly and helpful. The day staff could take a lesson or two from him. Im there 4 days a week and will stay as long as hes there.
