Came in at 5:20 to mail two small packages. Guy at the counter made passive-aggressive commentary to himself about how its a good thing they close at 5:30. Didnt have any kind of blank label for me to mark out old information on one of my packages (but offered to sell me a label for 76 cents!) He also refused to accept my credit card because it wasnt signed, even though I showed photo ID. A signature doesnt verify anyones identity. And guess what, my signature isnt checked at the self-service kiosks that will replace you one day.

We are a small post office that is appointment only passports unfortunately we are only allowed on clerk on the window. Even though we are small we are busy we make over one million dollars a year in sales the only level 18 that does that much business. We also dont have any carrier out this office that delivers the mail we are only retail only.

Good and quick service if not busy but can have long lines at times. Be prepared to wait at peak times and heaven help you if you have to go on tax day...that goes for any post office!

Basically, they are ignorant and incompetent. They closed my PO Box even though I paid for it. They told me they would do nothing to correct their error.

This is a very small post office and all "extras", passport photos as example, must be scheduled ahead of time..
