Theyre too lazy to actually attempt to deliver packages (express or priority mail) and instead are so lazy that they just leave a slip to pick the package up at the Post Office the next day. This makes me SICK. Lazy USPS workers dont deserve their jobs. UPS and FedEx are on time 100% of the time. USPS nearly ZERO. The Postmaster has a variety of excuses. High volume, or replacement carrier. All BS. The bottom line is that you have a job to do and that includes delivering packages. PERIOD. Im going to bring this to every governmental organization I can possible do. I WILL get this stopped. USPS is WORTHLESS compared to UPS and FedEx. They have caused me near life threatening delays. The House Springs, MO 63051 is mismanaged and they really dont give a damn. Get new people in there that care... NOW.

the ladies that have worked in this place have been their for YEARS and dont get me wrong everyone has their off days but every single time I am in there I get nothing but rude and snotty people that either act like I should bow to their feet and worship them or how could I even bother them. Recently they lost my package because they did not put the right sticker on it and so its god knows where now. I tried to talk to them asking what the next step is and she hung up on me. Rude Rude women!

No one likes going to the post office with todays technology. So its good that when I do need to go in and take care of something: the people here are helpful. Sometimes you have to tell a joke to get them to smile; but hey they work for the government. Management seems to keep it going as best as they can with what they are given.

This office is horrid. Mail takes forever to get here and the delivery people will randomly not deliver packages. They refuse to leave their trucks. If it wont fit they just wont leave it. The people in the office are very overworked. If they staffed this office better itd help a lot.

VERY BAD customer service. Be prepared to hear different "protocol" from different employees. Obvious sign of lack of leadership/management.
