The USPS truly has the most unhelpful, rude, untrained, and unintelligent set of employees known to man. I had a package that apparently was too heavy for the mail to carry, shipped from California, that I had to pay $65 for at the door. First off, why would they accept the package in the first place, if they KNEW it was too big? Secondly, why would they come up to my door and expect me to pay $65 in shipping that was supposed to be free? Thats just rude. Yeah, sure, dont give me my package that was OBVIOUSLY too big for your truck unless I pay half of the price of the item that I bought! I asked if I could get a receipt so I could have the shipping refunded by the company I bought the item from, and the delivery woman told me to call the post office, since they HAVE RECORD of me paying for their "trouble". (its your job, dont make me pay for it.) So, that being said, I called the post office a few days later. I asked them if I could get some sort of documentation for the transaction, and this guy that was "helping" me sounded like he was fresh out of the third grade. Improper grammar, rude, very unhelpful, and wouldnt stop mumbling. He was obviously joking around with his coworkers, as he kept pulling away from the phone to laugh. I shrugged it off. He said he would see what he could do, and then he hung up. I never heard anything back from him. About a month later, I called again and was greeted by yet another rude, illiterate worker. Every time I explained my issue, she would misunderstand or not know what I was trying to say; she had no sense of logic whatsoever. I finally got what I was trying to say to make any sort of sense to her, after dumbing it down to about a first grade level sentence. She told me that theres no sort of receipt or information. She didnt even LOOK. I asked if there was documentation of me paying the delivery driver $65, and the woman on the phone said yes. I asked if I could have a copy and then she said that there is no documentation. I get very disappointed every time I see that any of my packages have been transferred to the USPS because I know that it will either get here way later than expected, I will have to pay extra fees, it will arrive broken, or it wont arrive at all. Im awaiting a package and its delivery date has been changed around 6 times now, thanks USPS.

we were applying for my daughters passport and the staff was so kind and helpful. we were a bit lost but they are really courteous. i saw around they were telling people the cheapest rates to mail explaining them about insurance giving all details to each and every person without once giving the air of superiority which i have always gotten at certain POs as they just want to get you done. application took only 30 mins including taking a pic of my baby and we didnt even have a pre- filled form. if you take that you will be done in minutes. thanks guys

Ive been to this post office twice. The first time I felt as if I were a bother to them and I should have come back another time because they were too busy doing other things. The second time I went in, I was treated with no respect or kindness. One of the employees talked to me as if I was throwing a fit and would not listen to what I was trying to say. I ended up leaving and I will never return.

Our carrier decided that we had moved before our change of address took effect and returned all of our mail to senders two weeks before we moved. This caused a LOT of grief. Packages were returned, my U.S. National Parks pass was returned. All weeks before we were going to be traveling. I have no idea if those will get to me in time now.

Workers are not knowledgeable, and service at this post office is slow.. Given wrong info on numerous occasions, and the attitude here is that youre "bothering" them... Home delivery service from this office is excellent, however.. Never any problems with the mail delivery.

They are open until 7pm. I mean, seriously. Do you WestCo people have any idea how good you have it? Plus the line is almost always SHORT. This is not a regular post office. I think its co-owned by the Twilight Zone of friendly and efficient union of Postal Workers.

Horrible!!!! Terrible workers, at least the one I had an encounter with. She was rude and raised her tone at me for no reason. Asking questions is something you shouldnt do unless you want to get yelled at... Hopefully I will never have to go back. Wow.
