They are so unprofessional and very rude. They dont communicate well with their staff. I hired them to move my four bedroom home into another four bedroom home. I was told I would be charge 90$ per hour plus one time service fee of 90$ to cover insurance and truck fees. It took them 3 hours with two men to load everything into the truck. Once they get to the new place, they decided that I should pay 810$ before they could unload my furniture. Stating that I have just too much stuff. Needless to say, I had discuss with the manager what was needed to be moved prior. While speaking to the manager on the phone, the truck drivers decided to drive away with my furniture. After 45 mins, the manager decided that I should pay for a total of 5 hours. 3 hours to load and 2 to unload where we came to an agreement of 580$ ( with the service fee). I even had to call the cops to make sure they follow through. They state that theyre a moving company.. but instead are scammers. I would think twice before doing service with them. stay away!

I recently hired this moving company to relocate me from my 3 bedroom apartment located in OFallon IL to a 3 bedroom townhouse in Maryland Heights MO -- the movers arrived on time and ready to work -- they were quick, courteous, and extremely professional -- they were extremely helpful; in setting up my beds and other furnishings at my new location as well. Relocating can be extremely stressful, but this team of movers made my it EXTREMELY easy for me. I would definitely hire them again and refer them to my family and friends.

Horrible... They never showed up or called to let us know they werent on the way..when we called they didnt answer until the 10th time!!!! Theyre unprofessional and unorganized
