Wow buyers beware...........we asked for a quote to move 11,000 lbs of house hold goods from San Diego to Las Vegas. We had suffered a fire loss and the items were cleaned, restored and repacked by Serve Pro.......(who is great) This person was rude and insulting and would not consider doing business with us because he wanted all the items unpacked for his review. We told him that is not necessary and we have our own Insurance for coverage of any damage that might happen. Stay away from this company...........do your own research. Also I tried to contact United Corporate ...........what a Joke they will only talk if you have a shipment number/ order number.........it appears the entire company Top down is not willing to take input from clients........... Buyer beware............good luck

"If we cant steal it, we break it" should be their motto. And we had the added bonus of one of their workers bleeding on our sheets and mattresses.... I was extra impressed when they sent us the "were not saying its our fault but just to shut you up, heres some money" AND IT WAS LESS THAN I TIPPED THEIR DELIVERY PEOPLE. So I would suggest if youd like ALL your items to arrive in the # of pieces they are currently in you should hire someone else. (I could go on about failure to show up on time, failure to pack all items etc, but why?)

Ive only had them pack up my stuff and move it to storage, but from my experience, the gentlemen i had the pleasure of working with (Kevin, Rugeline, and Arrom) did a fantastic job. They came out packed all my stuff and came back the next business day to cart it all away. I didnt have to do a thing. Very good work.
