At first this company was great. The guy who dropped off my unit was super nice and the price was one of the best on the market. But after I had my pod dropped of it was down hill from there. When you have a unit the customer service went way down. It took them 2 days to call me back one time. I called twice to make sure they placed the unit in the correct place and the customer service said they put it in the notes but when my unit was dropped off it was not placed where i asked them to put it. I talked to one guy and he said they would wave the fee to move it (as they should it was there fault it was in the wrong placement) and he would extend my pick up time two day for my inconvenience. The day came and past and my unit was not moved. I called them and 16hrs later they called me back and said they would move it 4 days later but it would cost me $55. I told them I needed to speak to a supervisor. Supervisor did NOTHING. I am extremely disappointed with how they handled this!!

This is the most dysfunctional and disorganized company do not use them! From the get go they beat around the bush with us and were never straight forward with us. We used them last month to move to missouri from florida. The packrat was dropped and picked up last month well under the 30 days we have for moving and unloading it. We are now being charged a $300 fee for it not being returned. The packrat was returned well under the 30 days and when we called the company they said they have no recollection of someone picking it up. How is there not a paper trail to find out who picked up the pack rat and when it was picked up. Worst company to ever work with. They never answer the phones. We will never be using them again!

They have been terrific for the last 7 months! No issues at all. Easy on line set up and delivery software to use. Much lower price than POD on delivery and drop off fees but the biggest advantage is you can add stuff to the container once it is in storage!!! You just have to call them and they bring it out for you and then put it back once you are done! POD will not let you do that!

Very professional and nice day off!! They were very prompt and very cautious with my precious items. One thing to note though, I wish pack rat had places inside of the pod to tie and hook furniture to in order to keep from being shifted. My movers were just great and creative to accomplish this which took more time which means more $$$
