My fiancé and I used ABC Moving to move from one apartment to another recently and the service we received was fabulous! The guys who came to help us (Billy and Mike M.) were so nice and acted very professional, but were still personable. They arrived right on time, consulted with us so they could be sure exactly what they were moving and what they werent, and worked VERY quickly. We were a difficult move because we had a lot of heavy containers & two large, awkward-shaped desks and we also live on the third floor of an apartment (and were moving to the third floor of a different apartment!). It was also pretty hot and humid on the day we moved. Despite all of this, these two fellows treated us so nicely and everything got delivered to our new apartment in less than 4 hours, including travel time to and from a second location! Nothing at all was lost or broken - which is saying a lot because we have quite a few small, breakable things. I am simply amazed at how great of service we got, and I know without ABC Moving, this move would have been so much more difficult and taken so much longer. Thank you SO much!

Quoted me for my relocation from STL to Denver area. They came out and estimated my moving weight. Initial contact was good. The day of moving was a disaster. Packers showed up late and only worked part of the day the first day and complained the entire time about how much packing had to be done. Once the final weight was taken by the driver the initial quote was off by 45%. They made absolutely no accommodations on the extra cost other than blaming the driver on fudging the weight and asking me to go verify the driver was weighing the truck correctly. I will never use Atlas again or Guardian Relocation.

Kevin and David helped us move some bigger stuff into a new apartment, and they were really pleasant to deal with. They offered mattress bags to cover our mattress while they moved it, and they were careful with our things and moved them quickly. They also helped us assemble the bigger, multi-part stuff like our sectional couch once we got to our apartment. It was also nice that they have a 3-hour minimum, which is lower than usual (most had a minimum of 4 hours) so it was perfect for moving just a few of the bigger things that we had trouble moving ourselves.
