Missy is is the property manager, and is NOT customer service oriented at all. I reported there was a nest of bees above my storage garage door, took 3 weeks, and 4 trips and complaints and had to go to a different location to get the problem fixed. On sept 1st I moved out of my unit, I was told I would get a refund in 2 weeks or less from the prepayment that was made on my unit. 2 weeks goes by no check, I called her and asked where the check was, she said she would loom into it and call me back, she called the next day to tell me that it was going to be another 2 weeks, I said thats not acceptable and that I wanted her to contact her manager to get it taken care of. I called today, 9-19-17 and asked her what the update was, as she was suppose to call me back last week, she said the check was mailed, I asked when it was mailed, then she said, there was a hurricane and it could be delayed, I again asked when it was mailed, and she said its in the process. I asked, has it been mailed? or is it in process? she said it was in process. I said you keep telling me a different story, thats when she told me I was being rude and she was going to hang up on me! I said Im not being rude, youre telling me a different story and back tracking as youre telling me this story. She again told me she was going to hang up on me, I said she was being a snowflake, and I hung up. On the 1st, there was an African American couple asking to see a 10x20 unit to get a visual, she said do you have a reservation? they said no, but an email was sent, she looked for the email and said she didnt see anything, but the person insisted that they just came from another location and that the location matter sent the email, so the customer had no recored of the email, but the customer again asked can she just see the unit, she said, well, you have to have a reservation to do that, the customer looked at me, and I said, all she wants to do is look at the unit, why cant you just show her the unit? Finally Missy said she would, but then handed the viewing to the guy that was on duty, and the customer said to me, that she asked, and was not going to set to see it, and then I told her to just show the unit and it was going to happen, why is that? I felt bad for the couple, I felt they were being treated unfair and racially judged, without merit. Then the couple was told to met in their car out back, I went to get the lock off my unit and the cop;le was still waiting, and they asked me if the guy was down at the unit and did they miss him? I stated the guy was still inside, they were in disbelief. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone, but if you do, thats your choice. Update, I spoke to Dan, the district supervisor, he advised me he would call the main office to se where my check is, and when it would be mailed out, and contact me Thursday, Sept. 21st, or latest Sept 22nd, to let me kn ow the status, no call, I called left a message, no response, I called Monday Sept 25th, no call, back, I called again on the 26th, and asked for an update, NO CALL AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Mr. Leon is a life saver. I was afraid to put my belongings in storage due to theft being high. Talking to Mr. Leon he ensured me that the company took all proper measurements to secure the property. I was still afraid. So when i made it to Public Storage & met Mr. Leon in person. My daults was at ease. He gave me a unit that was close to the office & gave me a cylinder lock. Which really relaxed my mind. He also offered insurance to me. I left feeling good about my decision to use Public Storage. Thank you so much Mr. Leon. And you done a GREAT in representing your company.

Customer service is the worst from the manager and dis. manager, both need training on how to talk to a customer and how to tell the truth. I will never rent from public storage again!!! NO LOCATION!!!!! I have been a on time paying customer for 3 years and every sense the new manager came to the location it has been the worst. I will be canceling my two spaces tomorrow!!!! ASAP!

Stop in and talk to two ladies name Shaneika and Miyoshi to get info because I was thinking about getting me a unit at this location. They was very helpful and gave me all the information I needed. They even let me see the different size units because I didnt know which one I might need. But overall they had very good customer service unlike other places you go. Thank you ladies.

Today I rented a unit at the 6030 N. Lindbergh, Hazelwood, Mo location. Casandra was the leasing agent that helped me. Casandra is very professional, helpful and polite. Cassandra is a good person and very competent at her job. Because of Casandra I will recommend this facility to my friends and co-workers. Thank you

Great customer service from Tara and Karen!!! Tara gave me a ride to my storage unit when I first got it, and Ive been with them for months since then. They are always friendly and helpful with any changes to my agreement and/or current promotions.
