I have been using A Storage Inn for a while now. Doug is very friendly and helpful. He jokes and has an easy going personality. He was extremely helpful when I came in to rent a storage unit. Doug knew the sizes and the prices and they happened to be having a move in special that was very reasonable. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs. I had rented a storage unit from another storage company just down the road. They were nice, but I was told I had to buy their preferred type of lock from them and that was another $20 dollars even though I had a lock that would have worked and there were other locks like the one I had. I think they employee must of got a commission for selling the locks to customers. Anyway, at A Storage Inn Doug said the lock would come free with the renting of the unit. WOW!! Very impressive customer service. Great location, good people I really like A Storage Inn.

I checked out the other locations along 94 in close proximity to Lindenwood University. A Storage Inn is by far the cleanest and most personable. The other place had a sales person showing me sites with pants around his knees - I wasnt interested in his Hanes underwear. The second location is hard to get to and you have to go through multiple doors and down or up sets of stairs to get to your locker. The Storage Inn is all units you can drive up to. They are the cleanest by far and the other important thing is the other place had gaps in the wall to the outside where critters, birds and other stuff could access your locker. The Storage Inn has inspection stickers right inside the door which shows they are being kept clean. And their price is either better or the same ... for all the positives and the price, this is the place to go.

Service was provided in kind for my husband Derrick and I when we came into town. We only had a small window of time to find a safe place to store our items and the woman who was working at the desk at the time was very courteous, friendly, and professional. Not only was she kind enough to help us with the storage unit but she also did her best to answer and assist us with questions pertaining to other matters.-The Alberts

I have used A Storage Inn my whole life when ever I would need a storage unit. Not only do they have excellent customer service, but their rates are not outrageously through the roof. Other places also have limited gate access whereas A Sotrage Inn, allows 24 hour access. I really like this place and would reccommend it to anyone who would need storage.

Friendly and accomodating staff, units were clean and dry, with EASY drive up access. took special requests and were very efficient. Access to the larger units was had through the front and back which turned out to be a huge plus, AND they provided free locks when I didnt have enough. Great company to work with!

It was a pleasure working with Pat, the owner of A Storage Inn! It was also great having access 24/7 and having the ceiling lights in the units so that we didnt have to finish unloading the truck in the dark. I would definitely use the facility again and recommend it to others!
