I had a terrible experience and would not recommend this company based on a lack of customer service. My grandmother had picked up our key and then went on to have cancer treatments directly after. I was not aware of all the instructions because she left the key and was resting at the time I received it. I had simply asked the man at the front desk (red hair and glasses) what I needed to do to get into the unit. The employee was rude and patronizing while telling me I had to find out from the main account holder what to do. When I said that she may not remember all the details (85 and painful cancer treatments that day) and stated that I just needed to know what to ask her, the man made a condescending remark that because my grandmother owns a smart phone- she wouldnt have any problems telling me the information I needed. I found the interaction to be unprofessional and disheartening.

this is an outstanding facility ! clean, clean, clean ! secure, secure, secure ! location, location, location ! managers TIM & NATHAN have an excellent knowledge of the storage business and their product ! they both have an outstanding people person personality ! this review posted by BILL and i have rented 7 storage facilities at 5 other locations over the past 10 years and this review is based on the fact that TIM , NATHAN and this storage place is OVER, ABOVE AND BEYOND ALL OF THE OTHERS IN ALL RESPECTS ! NOTE: i am a real customer of storage units and i do not have any connection to life storage co. or anybody employed by life storage co.

Just signed up with Tim the manager. . . Most professional guy Ive met in the storage industry. For the same rate as everywhere else go here and deal with professional courteous and a clean place. Tim shattered the stereotype of storage facility managers and I feel comfortable entrusting this place with the storage of my stuff. Cut me a rate as well for allowing a customer to go ahead of me to purchase some boxes. Good people

Its very clean and you get use of a large van for free upon move in, they dont raise your rent for a year and then only if the rates have gone up and everything is on camera so its safe. Tim is just wonderful to work with and explains everything. After checking out all the other storage units I felt very confident leaving my treasured belongs with Life Storage!
