Weve had several different "rotating" storage units at the Ballwin Storage Inn over the last (probably) 30 years! (can hardly believe it!) They have always done a good job. It was very convenient when we lived in West County. However, after the children married and left home, we downsized and "simplified" our lives, moving to a smaller home near Clayton. Thus, the drive there takes a bit longer, which is not always convenient. Also, even though the service is very good, we find that its going up in price yearly faster than we can keep pace with: for our garage size unit, in 2014, the price went up about 6.5%; and in 2015, theyve raised the rates on us about 7% or more. Normal "inflation rates" are closer to 2 % per year. We will now shortly have to "downsize" our unit! In the next 5 or 6 years, how much more will the units go up in price?! Its frustrating sometimes to feel "possessed by our possessions!" Hopefully, with age, well eventually learn to "let go" of our "stuff!"

A Storage Inn was very gracious when we said we wanted to cancel our contract on a locker. We overestimated our need and paid three months in advance. When we realized we just couldnt justify the rental for the small amount of stuff we put in the locker, i asked Denise, the manager, if we could get a refund for the three months we had paid in advance. She very graciously, and apparently in violation of company policy, refunded two months of our rental. This chain is very easy to deal with, and i would highly recommend them. And, BTW, all their units are at ground level, which makes it super-easy to put stuff in them. another of the storage companies we looked at, had all their smaller units on the second story, which would have made it difficult to store things.

I highly recommend A Storage Inn for all your storage needs! We have been using their services for the past 20+ years, many times renting 2 storage units at a time. The lockers and surrounding areas are clean and safe and well taken care of. Darlene and her staff are always friendly, helpful and provide the best service possible! They will help you decide the appropriate locker size for your needs and are very accommodating. We are so glad we found a place we trust to store whatever we need to keep. I have been using A Storage Inn for 25 years, the location is very convenient, 24 hour access with your own pin code to open the gate. Darlene is always helpful to keep me informed with my payments records as I use the garage size and use it with my business. The area is clean, safe and the staff friendly. I had a problem with the garage door sticking once and they quickly took care of it. Happy to be using it and will continue to.

The folks at this location have been tremendously helpful, especially given the fact that I am an out of town customer. They understood the sensitive situation I was in, and worked with me to ensure I could have my belongings stored. The rates are excellent, especially when there is a promotion going on. We just moved to the area a couple months ago. When going from a 2 story, 4 BR house to a split level ranch, we ended up with WAY to much stuff. So-o-o-o, A Storage Inn is located close by, and has 24-hour access. The unit is clean. The on site staff are always cheerful and ready to help. Ive recommended them to several family and friends.

This place is running by bunch of greedy and no respect for human dignity ,they only concern is to get as much money as they cannot service oriented only their own agenda. They do not understand any logical reason. I am totally frustrated with their administration.
