Great location and friendly staff. Very helpful getting a unit booked and offers a moving truck with your unit. Update: Customer service I give 5 stars but the 3 stars is due to unit size being misleading. Recommend measuring the unit before signing lease, we booked a 10×10 space and on move in day we decided to measure because it seemed much smaller than the garage we were coming from after we evaluated what all we had (which was bigger anyways) and interior storage measurements came in at 8.5 x 10 (9.5 if u measure out to the edge of the concrete pad but is unusable due to the garage door location). On the website it says "sizes may differ" or something like that but an entire foot and a half is more misleading than a slight size difference. Also, as an fyi the "moving truck" is a large Ford Transit 250 van which was quite large and new, we were under the assumption it was going the be a truck as displayed on the website. We were ok with it once we saw how large the inside was but be aware there is no ramp which sucked because the clearance is a good step for short people like me and carrying large heavy furniture trying to maneuver up a step was quite challenging (not to mention the step down to get back out - if u have bad knees this may cause issues)

Ive been using Uncle Bobs for a year and a half now, and I am completely satisfied with the facility. The location has easy access from Hwy. 141. The grounds are kept clean, security is good, the insides of the buildings are clean and bug free. I also love the fact that there is temperature control so the storage units are kept cool in the hot summer. Theresa was there when I needed a storage unit, and she made the whole process go so easy. She and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated to helping their customers in any way possible. I highly recommend Uncle Bobs Self Storage to everyone!

I had been searching for over 2 weeks for a storage unit for my moms furniture when I found Uncle Bobs in Ballwin. Heather went above and beyond to show me around and answer all my questions and concerns. She dropped everything she was doing when i walked in and she never made me feel rushed or hurried. She let me take all the time I needed to get the information I was looking for. I highly recommend Uncle Bobs #307 in Ballwin for all your storage needs. I have been 5 star satisfied with my experience there.

The lady established at the very beginning that I could check out of the unit any time and they would pro-rate the rest of the month back if necessary. I made sure to ask her, because that was important to me to not be bound by what day of the month I check out. That was indeed the only question I asked her through the whole process. Now she has reneged on her prior statement and said she is unable to refund the rest of the month back. Not impressed.

After researching several facilities and we finally decided on Life Storage. Immediately greeted by store manager, Terry. After going over several options we toured the facility. All of our questions were answered and contract signed. I definetly would recommend Life Storage and ask for Terry... Excellent customer service, clean and secure facility.

I havent actually used Life Storage, but I did look into it when we were moving. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and courteousness of the staff. They provide pest control and offer many climate controlled units. Their rates were competitive and I would definitely consider them again if I need storage in the future.

Clean facility, very nice office staff, really appreciated that theyve got an elevator, carts, and a drive up to the second floor. I also changed units while I was there, switching to a smaller unit when a smaller one became available, and they were really helpful about it and made it quick and easy.
