Uncle Bobs Self Storage in Fenton is the absolute best storage facility my company has ever used. Their convenient location off Hwy 270 and Interstate 44 with abundant lighting at all times makes accessing your units safe and secure at all hours of the night, which is extremely important to me as, more times than not, it is usually me grabbing something from storage. The Manager of the Facility, Karen McNeil, is Awesome! She is very friendly, in fact she makes you feel as if she is welcoming you into her home! She is very pleasant and very helpful any time you need help, and even if you dont, she is asking if there is something she can do to assist you. Karens staff is a reflection of her, as they are always friendly and courteous, just like Karen!

I was shocked when I received my current status and my unit is now $20.00 more. It would be nice if you notified your clients of the increase especially since I notified your current Mgr of how dusty my unit is, She then advised me that the first two weeks in Sept. I would be receiving notice that the units were receiving new doors and new locks and that would help the dustiness. I had been considering moving my things and now I am thinking it again! I am very disappointed. D22

The name of this storage place made me laugh so I was very impressed with the site and the employees. Even though they are under a little construction they handled everything with such expertise. The place is very clean and they have a lot of different sizes. Thanks for the great service.
