LET ME START BY SAYING PUBLIC STORAGE SUCKS. I RECENTLY RENTED A STORAGE BIN, 10 X 12 WITH A FRIEND OF MINE IN EARLY DEC. THE RENT WAS $ 1, UNTIL THEY ADDED ALL OF THEIR FEE FOR THIS AND FEE FOR THAT . OVER $60 TO GET IN . RENT WAS DUE ON THE ST. BY THE 5TH WE RECEIVED 2 RUDE PHONE CALLS AND WAS LOCKED OUT OF THE SYSTEM , TOLD THEM WE WOULD BE IN TO PAY IT ON THE 9TH .. NO ONE IN THE OFFICE. GOT 3 MORE CALLS ON OR AROUND THE 15TH , SAYING IF WE DIDNT PAY THAT DAY THEY WERE ADDING ON A $ 89 LATE FEE . TOLD THEM WE WOULD BE THERE FRI THE 17TH . WENT THERE AND AGAIN THE OFFICE WAS LOCKED. NO ONE AROUND, I WAITED 20 MIN. OR SO. CALLED AND TALK TO A FEMALE WORKER AND TOLD HER I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PUBLIC STORAGE TO ANYONE...... SHE VERY KINDLY TOLD ME TO SCREW MY SELF AND HUNG UP. WENT BACK SUN. MORNING TO PAY THE BILL. WHEN I ASKED (GABBY) WAS IT CORPORATE OR THE LOCAL OFFICE THAT MADE THE HARASSING - RUDE PHONE CALLS ( 9 IN ALL ) , SHE SAID IT WAS THE LOCAL OFFICE . SHE SAID THEY ARE INSTRUCTED TO MAKE AS MANY PHONE CALLS AND SAY WHAT EVER NEEDS TO BE SAID TO GET THE CUSTOMER TO COME IN AND PAY THE BILL . WE NEVER RECEIVED A FRIENDLY REMINDER CALL, JUST A HARASSING , THREATENING , RUDE PHONE CALL. I HAD PLANNED TO KEEP THE LOCKER FOR 6 MONTHS OR SO BUT I CLEANED IT OUT ON MON. THE 20TH AND MOVED MY ITEMS TO A LOCKER WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY. NOW I PAID FOR THE LOCKER UNTIL JAN. 31ST , SO THIS GABBY LADY WANTS TO END THE CONTRACT ON THE 20TH SO SHE COULD START RENTING IT AGAIN . I ASKED IF I GOT A CREDIT AND SHE SAID NO, THEN GOES THRU SOME MUMBO JUMBO , SO I WENT BACK IN , PUT THE JUNK LOCK YOU HAVE TO BUY FROM THEM AND LOCKED IT TILL THE 31ST. THEN SHE THROWS A FINAL THREAT SAYING IF THE LOCK ISNT OFF ON THE 31ST THEY WILL CHARGE ME A FEE FOR TAKING IT OFF . SCREW YOU PUBLIC STORAGE . IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A STORAGE LOCKER LOOK AROUND , THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD COMPANIES OUT THERE . DO NOT BE FOOLED BY PUBLIC STORAGE THEIR CRAPPY CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR FIRST MONTH FOR A $1.... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR .

I rented a unit the first part of April however 5 days later when the drywall fell from the ceiling, two full sheets of it,I reported it and was told by the attendant it would be taken care of promptly. I gave them a key to my unit so it could be repaired. The attendant email the district manager, promptly that morning I thought he issue would be handled promptly. I couldnt have been more wrong. I had much more to store and was waiting on them to get in touch with me. Nothing had been done after 10 more days and I called the district manager, Brian Fenili, he promised to have it repaired right away. Needless to say nothing happened again and I moved my possessions out to another storage company. I was contacted by the attendant on the 30th of April and told that the unit was fixed and available if I wanted to pay for another months rent. I was promised a refund by Brian Fenili refund and surprise no refund yet! Beware

One if not the very best exrperience dealing with as storage company. I want to make special notice about the "Relief Manager-on duty" Mr. Don Guzawawqya...In addition to being very courteous in every aspect, his knowledge about the industry and products is outstanding...his sales skills are also very good. In a casual conversation, he mentioned his family and career goals of becoming a permanent site manager (having his own store)...based on the above ( I have many years in management/sales) I would state that based upon his performance processing my request that he is definetly ready for advancement...Lastly, the appearance of this site is noteworthy! The unit was clean and well kempted. The price reasonable, especially considering the first month for $1.00. The young Lady, I think the Manager, Gabby, was very nice, professional, efficient, friendly, and very knowledgable in general,, specifically about the business in particular. I have been in and out about three times and Gabby was always busy, never just standing around. I would give my experience a 10 plus and Gabby at least the highest score possible. I had never used a storage facility before and had never met the Manager, Gabby, but I would certainly recommend to all, in the highest. Jimmie K. St. Charles, Mo. 63303

Went to look at a unit, while having a bad day already as is, the last thing i wanted to do was go put all my belongings in a storage .... but with the help of the nice lady working she made it alot less stressful and not as difficult as it could of been... i couldnt begin to explain how much help she was Lesley is a great help if anyone has anything they need put up in storage or what not they are my number one recommendation. Thanks again Lesley!

I just rented my first storage unit at Public Storage and was really impressed with the service I received. Gabby was such a nice person to work with! She was very knowledgeable on the facility and had an answer for every question posed. The facility itself is in a great location for me and is clean and well maintained. If you need a storage at a great price, go see Gabby, shell set you up!

Our experience with Gabby has been amazing. she was able to move us in less than a week from us talking to her in the office. She also had us moved into a unit that we specifically wanted and the door was broken. less than 24 hour I might add. very personable and friendly. Easy to get along with. The district manager was very cordial as well. Thank you for a great first impression!

Im not originally from this area or anywhere in Missouri for that matter. Just here visiting. I was able to pay my out of state public storage bill in cash easy and fast at this location!! Lesley was super helpful, kind and amazing. I dont think I would rent storage space from any other company. I highly recommend Public Storage to anyone who needs some extra space for their stuff.

Ive had a wonderful experience working with one of your employees. His name is Don. Ive been what you might call a problem tenant. But, I always pay my bill. As late as Ive been. Don has been so very helpful. I cant imagine anyone being so patient and informative. Thank you Public Storage for having someone like Don to assist me. Thank you.
