The staff is friendly upon signing up and does respond to questions/concerns. The units are clean and functional. My issues are with the security and misleading charges...there is a gate, yes, but it is never closed - I have even visited after dark to find it open. The managers do live on premise and do daily a walk-through, but for a gated facility, I expect a gate at most times. Also, there is apparently a 5% annual increase in rent that was never explained or documented in any of the papers I received. I questioned this and got this response from management... "There must be a misunderstanding because ever year you will receive a 5% raise. Until reaches street rate." I am not sure what "street rate" is since the cost is already in line with other facilities in the area which seem to have better security. Overall, just average for the service provided.

I used A Storage Inn in Ellisville to store our household items and furniture for several months. Although the manager was friendly in general, mold started developing in our unit. Management didnt help clean it up and only gave us 1 months credit on our rent. It took a long time to clean up and move everything into a climate controlled unit, and they did not work with us to help move things out. I was very disappointed with this. Worse, our renters insurance would not cover it because it did not result from a spill or leak, purely the humidity that developed inside the unit combined with whatever mold spores must have already been inside when we rented the unit. Super frustrating. My suggestion is to go climate controlled at another storage facility unless you are only storing tools, machinery, or heavy equipment.

We had an immediate need for a storage unit and picked A Storage Inn based on previous reviews of the location. This is our first experience leasing a storage space and it couldnt have gone better. Gail was very straight-forward, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. This was really important for us since we werent sure about the total cost of leasing and what the final price would be. After finding out our needs, Gail showed us a unit that was absolutely perfect for us and was priced very well. We also were given important tips for considering what we could store and how to do it. My wife and I both felt that we had picked the right place and were treated very fairly. We would highly recommend A Storage Inn and Gail in particular.

Always had terrific service from Gail and staff. Our unit has always been dry and door in working order. Gail is always friendly & courteous when we drop off monthly payment. It seems to be a very efficiently run operation; we dont see wasted money spent on reminders for payments being due, the main gate was upgraded to use of an electronic key pad to get into storage area, grounds are kept clean & uncluttered for clear view of surrounding area for safety & security, especially if accessing the unit during hours of darkness. I recommend this facility to anyone needing the service they provide.

Since Ive been there (2007, so over 6 years now) the rent has steadily increased to almost double, the roof has leaked & I had to throw out several mildewed boxes, theyve charged late fees when I had paid on time, and they never notify me in advance when the rent will be due (luckily I track it myself). No climate control--at these prices Im not sure what Im paying for, given the unit rates in the area. It was a good deal when I first moved in but the significant rate increases never stop. Its a hassle to switch but Im pretty convinced they dont want me there, so its probably time.

We have been using A Storage Inn at the same location for several years now for both a storage unit and storing a trailer around back. We feel all of our items are safe and secure. Gail takes extra steps to ensure that her customers she services are happy. We always see her walking around the premises, which is nice, just in case you have questions or need anything, she is making herself available. I am sure we will be continuing to be a customer at this location for many years to come, and the location is just perfect for us. Thank you Gail, and A Storage Inn.

I highly recommend A Storage Inn for all your storage needs. I have been a customer at this location for over fifteen years and plan to continue using them for as long as I have storage needs. The Ellisville location is an excellent facility that is professionally managed and maintained. The facility is always secure, safe and immaculately clean. That I attribute to Manger (Gail) who is one of the most personable, friendly and professional people you will encounter anywhere. That is why you deserve (5) stars.

I have been using this facility for the last year and have been very pleased with the units. I needed something close to where I live and this has been the perfect location. Access is easy anytime of day or night. Gail is great. She is helpful in matching your needs to the size of storage you would need. The prices are very good. I love the senior discount. The area is always clean and Gail makes rounds to make sure everything is secured. I will continue to use this facility. I recommend it highly.

I have been renting here for about 18 months. Clean and secure. The number 1 thing about this facility is the Manager (Gail), she is very nice and very helpful. She goes out of her way to accommodate her customers. She accepts shipments for me and helps keep me informed about my shippers, this is not something she has to do but she wants to help. Hard to find that kind of service these days. Like most good businesses it starts with the employees - they have a real gem in her.

Weve stored our belongings at A Storage Inn on two separate occasions over the past three years; in fact, we have half a houseful of furniture stored there right now. Weve been very pleased with our experience. The units are clean and easily accessible and the manager, Gail Pitts, who lives on the premises, has always been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable. The only other thing Id want is for ALL the units to be climate-controlled. Thank you.

Yesterday I called and spoke to Gail, she seemed helpful so I stopped by today. Gail took me around to several units, I selected two 10 by 20 instead of one 10 x 40 unit. A very pleasant and helpful experience. Thank you Gail. I used two units to store two of my vintage cars for two months. The units were clean and I did not have any traces of rodents. I have used Storage Inn for 2 years. I have found their customer service (Gail) excellent. I had a larger unit and decided a smaller unit would be more appropriate for my needs. Gail went out of her way to assist me and to make the transition to the smaller unit comfortable. I never had any negative issues with my unit or security problems. I would recommend this facility to anyone shopping around for a great storage company.
