From the moment I arrived at this location I was awe struck by the overall beauty of this location. It looks as though it is very well kept and clean. Which is very refreshing because most storage facilities seem quite dirty and unkept. Along with that the employee working at the time Mallorie was a peach. She had phenomenal customer service and did everything she could to help me. She was engaged and interested in everything I had to say and was extremely nice and friendly to my 3 year child Xavier. I am so happy with my overall experience and I can honestly say it changed my life forever. No question about it if you need to store anything this is the only place to do it. You will not find a better location or better people anywhere else and I firmly believe that.

Pathetic, do not rent a storage in the office side of the facility, they say climate control and have a sheet tied to the roof with stuffings. Where every species lives. I rented a room In the corner, had my belongings for 15 days, while taking my things out, I had to clean dead and decayed birds. Bob helped me with cleaning materials, But pretending like he didnt know anything before, and he says he is new to the facility. He is the one who rented me. He did not take responsibility or did not clean, they didnt even waive any portion of the rent. Be careful while saying yes to the storage they show, we have to pick and choose, main building seems ok with metal roof.

Brian and the rest of the staff at this location are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the facility as well as the surrounding areas. The facility is clean, well lit and monitored. I was concerned about bugs and other living critters and have not seen any evidence in the area or in my unit. I have used this facility for 6 months and am pleased with the service that is provided, considering it is not climate controlled.

I came in the other day after days of looking at different storage facilitys and was just amazing by the customer service public storage had to offer. It was more than me just leaving my things. They made sure to let me know it was personal to them to keep my things safe. I cant recall the woman who helped me but she was great as well. I recommend public storage to anyone who is stressed and needs some relief.

After looking into several storage locations around the area, I found that Public Storage was the best value for the money. The facility is clean, gated and well lit. In addition, working with Marie was a great experience. She was VERY helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions and made excellent recommendations to help me move my things. Spoke with Brian on the phone after reserving unit online. Called him the following morning and set up time to come by in the afternoon to sign lease. Whole process took just 30 minutes from touring facility to getting the keys. Couldnt have been easier! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage in West County.

Ive had my storage unit for a little more than a year now. Brian at the Des Peres, MO location was very helpful in getting it all set up initially, and continues to help whenever and however he can. The facility is convenient and secure. Kudos to Brian and the rest of the crew!

Excellent. Felt secure. Jake was extremely polite to me the entire time. My mother will be storing here for 3 or 4 months and the location could not be closer or more convenient. I particularly like the fact that they have an elevator. Would recommend to anyone.
