We stored our stuff for a couple of weeks during a move. When we opened the unit we found water pooling in the unit from the door almost all the way to the back. Our Mattress and box spring were soaked along with several boxes of clothes. The insurance company, who they required we purchase insurance through, has denied the claim. Three weeks later all I am hearing from Michelle is "you have to be patient". I cant get rid of the old mattress and boxspring because the insurance company may have to see it. I dont want to get a new one delivered without them removing the old one or Ill have to pay extra to dispose of it. So when we have guests one of my kids has to give up their room. Someone needs to take responsibility, and make it right.

This has been an amazing transition for me. I have to move my things unexpectedly at the last minute because our new home isnt quite ready yet, and Stacey went above and beyond to make this an easy and smooth transition. I was initially worried about moving my things to a storage facility, but after being treated so kindly, I definitely felt more at ease. I was able to observe some of the other tenants and noticed how friendly and comfortable they were with the staff. That was a good sign to me. This is my first experience with the storage facility, and so far, 1st impressions have gone a long way. Thank you all, especially Stacey, for making what has been such a hectic and stressful moving situation a little more peaceful.

Im pregnant so things are kind of crazy and stressful and getting the nursery ready has been my biggest stressor. Sarah took care of me like family and I feel like she really cared about mine. The facility is great. It is clean and reasonably priced. It is family owned and they are very nice but very professional. We also rent a moving truck from them with no issues at all. I highly recommend this business.
