The people that run this facilty are criminals. After a fire engulfed and firefighters were forced to destroy one of the buildings in Dec 2008, the facilty has and still refuses to remove the tons of metal that formed the walls and roof of the building so that people can attempt to salvage their belongings. They claim to have helped by hiring a machine to shove a pile of rubble from one location to another, thereby covering some units with even more wreckage than before. I am sure that some form of machine exists that can remove the rubble and put it in the empty field next to the facilty, but I guess that would cause them to spend an extra couple of bucks, even though myself and others chose to be their customers and make their business profit. And insurance does not cover priceless memories. AND THEIR EMERGENCY CODE TO LET THE FIRETRUCK IN DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND FIREFIGHTERS HAD TO FIND TOOLS TO CUT INTO THE GATE WHILE THE BUILDING BURNED!!

when i came to A+ self storage i was greeted with a fine hello and how was my day the lady that runs the lot is very nice and keeps a very clean work space. after i rented a storage facility she then walked me to the building and showed me where mine was and that was very helpful and when we were talking i mentioned id need help moveing stuff in she made a phone call and had me some help there was no one better to help me and ill be getting another unit soon P.S the grounds looked very nice and the candy bowl is always fun

Finally, I admitted to the fact that, the 3rd bedroom had become a storage full packed. Got the yellow pages in the paper phone book. I decided to call 3, I was attracted to the "Free" borrow their move truck. Thats a $200 perk. SOLD. I have been a tenant here since 2011. Before Shannon became manager I did not have 24 hour access, and the property was Not kept clean. Now under new mgmt., I have seen many changes in and out of the office and am very pleased to be a tenant.I will recommend A+ to anyone I know looking for storage needs. Way to go! Awesome and fast service! Called before we went up there and they had one reserved. Rachel was so nice and she made it a quick process. Explained everything to me as I was signing and even drew a map so that I could easily locate my unit! So very happy to have my things stored here!

Awesome place , I lost my key to my storage unit and the owner came to my rescue and cut my lock . Wolf creek storage was charging tenants $55.00 to cut your lock .
