OOOOOH man. I dont even know where to begin. Every step of the way the staff at Uncle Bobs made everything as simple as it gets. The nicest staff I have honestly ever had the pleasure to deal with. I came in and things were taken care of in a quick and efficient manner. The shop is quaint and clean. If you are storing belongings here you will not feel worried at all about weather or not they will become dirty or will not be taken care of. Price was another aspect of Uncle Bobs that left me satisfied, I shopped around for about four days and throughout the whole process Uncle Bobs remained one of the best in price. If you are looking do store belongings or need to rent a truck if you arent using Uncle Bobs you are making a mistake! VERY satisfied customer

This is a great place to store stuff. Anything you dont want to store at home you can store here. I had some stuff that my wife said you can not store that here so I said I would store it some place else. This is where I stored it. Websters Dictionary Defines Storage as "the action or method of storing something for future use." And you can do that here, they have places to do exactly that store stuff. But to be clear this is not a Store, you can not buy stuff here. Well, actually you can but it is not like a real store, it is more a place for storage.

Manager Brian Brown is Very Professional and cordial. He is a pleasure to do business with. For example a good friend of mine, his son cut his leg on their personal vehicle, and Brian provided Hydrogen Peroxide, Band-Aids, and Neosporin for his cut on his leg. Their service is Fast, Friendly, and I would recommend Life Storage to anybody who needs to put their belongings into storage. I have been with Life Storage since it was Uncle Bobs storage and I love this place. My stuff is kept clean, the staff are amazing. They have even called me before because there was a puddle near my unit and they thought something spilled (we moved in the rain and a box leaked under the door). I thought that was amazing that they cared that my stuff could be getting ruined by a spill in my unit. They are always helpful.

Best place in the area to store all of your stuff and things. Great prices, big open parking lot, very clean place. Climate controlled so you dont have to worry about your stuff melting. Very secure so your things dont get stolen. The staff, Brian and Felicia, are very helpful friends and great to talk to about whatever is happening. I also get my mail delivered here because I dont trust my neighbors.

Staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The location is spotless, cameras everywhere, coded gate entry/exit, the loading area easy to access. Inside storage units are also spotless, climate controlled. Uncle Bobs offers a military discount, which is much appreciated. Staff also offered to beat the prices of other locations. Highly recommend High Ridge.

I met and worked with Brian Brown, the store manager. I cant say enough good about Brian: courteous, thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. The space, although a long way from my house, is worth the drive. The property is very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this facility and Brian.

I have been storing here for quite a while. 4-5 years. Since the transition from Simply to Uncle Bobs there has been a massive turn around in the place. Before I used it because it was convenient. Now I stay there because its convenient, the people are helpful, and its pretty clean all the time.
