We are in the process of selling our current home and building a new one and were in need of storage fast! My husband spoke with Robyn on the phone about pricing and units--I went and looked at the units. Chose one and filled out the paperwork and we were all set! She is a wonderful person to work with and was very friendly, outgoing and accommodating! The facility is very well kept and she took a lot of time to show me our unit, show me how to use it and to have all my paperwork together and easy to store. She was very helpful and made me feel confident that we made a great decision in renting from A Storage Inn. We feel that the facility is in a safe and nice area and we feel that our household of belongings will be safe and sound until they come back home! Robyn lives very near by and is available 24/7 if there is a safety or other concern at the storage facility. It is a great value and the experience of working with this company has been great! We would use their services again in the future and would recommend A Storage Inn to our friends and family.

BEWARE! Since purchasing space at this location, my storage unit was BROKEN INTO AND ROBBED of several things including an heirloom doll chest, doll and accessories, heavy bag (used for boxing) and other various items. The security is lacking as the only security camera is by the gate. The break in was reported to the front office and the police, both of whom stated that without security camera footage, it would be impossible to tell who was not supposed to access a unit. As you can imagine, this was very upsetting and since this incident, I am working to removed the remaining items. Take note, anyone who has the gate access code can break into any unit without being "seen".

Been searching for a storage lot for my camper. Majority of places I contacted didnt respond or provide any quality information. I placed a online inquiry with A Storage Inn and within 10 minutes Jeff called me back answering all my questions and providing me a opportunity to look at the spots. Upon arrival, Becky greeted us and was friendly and helpful in showing us the available locations. We were treated with respect, which is hard to find these days. Jeff and Becky help make a stressful situation, very easy and hassle free. I high recommend A Storage Inn if your looking for a good storage facility.

I will be vacating the storage space at the end of this rental period but it is becasue the trailer im storing in it has been sold and i wont need the space any longer. Donna was very accomodating as she moved me from my first unit becasue i couldnt get the trailer up the small incline. I would definately recommend your facility to anyone that i would be in contact with in that regard.

I called late on a Saturday afternoon. Was looking for a place to store my camper. Robyn answered the phone at 315 to tell me that she had one spot for me but they closed at 3pm. She stayed open for me to come and look at the spot. Long story short, I walked out of the office at 430 papers in hand. Couldnt ask for a nicer lady, and place to store your stuff!

A Storage Inn has contacted me again. After discussing what happened with my unit, the new manager has made a commitment to look into improving security and improving the daily unit checks including notifying unit owners of anything unusual. I appreciate the professionalism and effort and look forward to this additional focus on security.

Storage units are in good shape, no issues with them. The annual price increases will have me looking to find another storage company, however. I have had both an indoor unit and an outdoor space, and prices have increased steadily in the several years I have been with them. Last price increase was $20/month.

Nice, safe storage. Virtually 24hr access all year long. The lot manager is very personable and kind. Prices are very competitive for the area. Wife and I have been "residence" for over 4 months, and have had no issues.
