Missy was super helpful and had an answer for ever question I threw at her. Ended up getting a larger unit. Missy was able to let us know what we were trying to store in a 10x10 was to small. Showed us the space she was right! I would recommend any one to store here and Justyn was really helpful as well. Polite. This location has great service. The rental process was very easy to follow along with. My buisness will be happy here.

Justyn was very helpful, he was very polite and courteous. Answered my questions, I have never rented a storage unit he made sure I was well informed of rules and possible fees. Made sure I had all contact information invade I needed something else. A very pleasurable experience, I had called several other places looking around and once I spoke with him on the phone that thats where I was going.

Chantel was great. Upbeat..Honest....Customer Service Oriented. Helped me secure a storage unit in the SNOW. We all know how cold it was Saturday and she went above and beyond. She was not supplied with a shovel ...but removed the snow with her feet so that we has PLACE FOR OUR BELONGINGS. My Father was very impressed as well. She needs a raise and a promotion. Missy was super great. She is such a professional yiung lady. Shw swmonstratws hwr knowl3dge of her job and answeres every question with dilligence and passion. She stayed late past her normal shift to assist us. I really appreciated it. PS sure have a good asset in having Missy as part of the team. KEEP HER ON BOARD!!
