LOVE! Thats the word to describe our familys experience at and with BSA @ Lake St. Louis. We moved 30 minutes away in August 2016 and we dont mind driving that long to keep our son there. Why? Because he loves it there and the staff is loving and trustworthy -- specially the director. Shes always opened to adjust to our needs as much as possible and to talk and explain anything and everything to us. She has over and over again embraced diversity, kept us informed, and worked with us to make everything better. We love the place, we love the staff, and we love the director. I too know teachers who have left BSA for other jobs, and Im very disappointed at the review below, because I KNOW that thats not the reason why they left. They left simply because, sometimes, thats what people do -- they move on to other jobs. Some of these teachers became part of my personal network, so I know A LOT BETTER than the review below. My son learns SO MUCH at BSA! Everyday he comes home sharing that knowledge with us and it is fabulous! We are a multicultural family and the school has embraced us and NEVER EVER suffocated or suppressed that! In fact, they have included that as an opportunity to teach students about a different culture. I simply love that! I would love if the school used a daycare app of some kind, but not using it has never prevented our flow of communication. It would simply be an improvement. I recommend BSA @ Lake St. Louis 100%

Ill admit it, I had read bad reviews about Bright Start and was not excited to send my child there when my husband insisted we give it a chance. Im happy to say I was wrong. My son was a stay at home baby until he was about 2 1/2, thats when we made the transition. To say it was easy on him would be a great big lie. He has REALLY bad separation anxiety from his mommy and every morning is a struggle. Thank GOD for Ms. Katie in the 2s room and Ms. Valarie the director. They have been great. My little guy walks around the place like he is a rockstar and it is clear that they really do care about him. Im glad that theyve proven me wrong! I only give 4 stars because I am weird and never give 5s because I think everyone and every business always has room for improvement. But, I would recommend bright start to any of my friends or family!

My Wife and I have had a great experience with Bright Start Academy. We looked at several other daycare centers before finding Bright Start Academy. We immediately appreciated the atmosphere in the infant room. It is spotlessly clean and filled with light and engaging toys. What really reassured us was the positive and pleasant attitude of the teachers and support staff. The experience of the ladies in the infant room helped my daughter with the difficult transition to bottle feeding. As a first time dad, I can’t express how grateful I was to see her fussing less and drinking more. I can’t say any better than that I have confidence in leaving my five month old in their care. Thanks ladies!

If you are looking for a day care that treats your child like an animal, this is the place for you! This place is absolutely terrible. The preschool is a sad joke. Valorie will tell you they follow the Wentzville public school curriculum, but shes full of it. There were almost weekly accident reports where our daughter was either bit or hit by another kid. Where were the teachers during this? This is NOT a preschool setting at all! This is a kiddy mill daycare! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The teachers are unfriendly (even towards the kids) and the place stinks like poop.

If you are looking for a day care, I;m sure this place is ok. If you are looking for a preschool/pre-K program, do not send your child here because all it will be is a day care. We were told they follow curriculum from Wentzvilles early education program. We didnt see any of that from our time there. Our child actually backslid in educational experience after being here several months and we have since pulled our child out and have enrolled in another school, more expensive, but worth it.

My 5 yr old is in kindergarten and came from BSA pre-school. Her teacher comments all the time about how well prepared for school she is. I think this says a lot about the program at BSA. I am grateful for the staff and thankful that they did such a wonderful job preparing my daughter for her school career.

My kids love going here, all 3 of them. Staff is excellent, they are great with potty training! and that is awesome because I have twins, diapers/pull ups are so expensive!!
