I was told that some of the staff "forget" to scan in returned movies. I think its so they can accuse you of having a late fee later and make extra money off you if you dont remember. Too bad I keep track of that kind of thing and knew I returned the movie I rented for 5 days the very next day. Then when one person tells you theyll "take care of it" when you tell them it wasnt late, they dont and then accuse you again the next time you come in. One of the guys that works there doesnt know how to multi-task so when youre checking out he has to stop helping you to talk about non-sense that you dont care about and its things you didnt ask about, hes just running his mouth ALL THE TIME!!! Also its always super cold in there and the customers and employees have to wear coats because apparently they cant adjust the thermostat to make it a comfortable environment to be in.

When we first started going there, my wife was very frustrated with some of the staff and how inattentive the were. I like to fix things, so got hired and hope that the image have now is starting to change peoples views. Weve got a new staff so hopefully wait times will be better, were more involved with training folks to be more proactive in their service skills, so hopefully youll find a more engaged staff working to ensure you have an awesome experience. If you havent been in a while, come check us out. All feedback is welcome....we can only get better.

I would have to completely dis agree with the negative reviews. The new manager and ALL the staff at this store are extremely helpful and polite. The previous manager ( women ) was very helpful but was buissness orientated which may have come across as rude but never in 4 yrs now has anyone from this store ever been rude to me or to anyone while I was in the store . This is a great store and very very helpful staff! They often go out of their way to help customers.

Attention!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! There service is extremely awful, there workers are extremely rude, and they get extremely personal if you are even a day late on a rental. Example: I was a couple days late on a rental, turned the late rental in, and my friend who has a completely seperate account than mine, was refused service or a rental because I was in the store at the time of his visit. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS OR ANY OTHER FAMILY VIDEO!!!!!!!!!!

I used to go all the time. I was unable to make it up this summer. I recently went to rent a couple movies. Three young ppl behind the counter didnt seem happy to be there. Did not know when the most recent movies were coming out. I asked about The Conjuring. I was told December. It was coming out in two weeks. Amongst the fact they have been going through a transformation before my accident. It just keeps getting worse. Very disappointed.

Just plan bad customer service. Just me and one other lady and yet I still waited 10 minutes in line while the cashier let the lady change her mind and go look for other movies and hang around talking. All he needed to do was check me out real quick while she got other movies. I left with no movies and will not return. Big guy with glasses is the cashier.

The employee on duty was super helpful about several inquiries we made during our visit. As farmers we dont rent movies often, but F. V. is good to leave us messages, offering reduced prices from time to time, and the 2 times a DVD has not worked correctly they made it right.

Give only 3 stars because movie selection is not great...if youre looking for b movies or similar types they just dont have many...staff is great though, very outgoing and willing to search for movies

I rented from here once and they still let my friend rent there. Example: I turned my movie in and i dont have any friends. Good movies, bad food

Its a chain video store.you can rent movies and video games..
