Okay store is nice and clean. But wait for it. All the movies have scratches on them. From the favorites right down to the New Releases. Are you kidding me? When you get to the counter to check out. They check your movies. Right. They are fully aware of the huge scratch right down the middle or in a circular shape on the movie. What do they do? Nothing. They put it in the machine and give it right to you. Well how about switching that process and say " Well sir this may not work. Would you like to switch it out for another copy of this movie right now?" Sure. Its called customer service. :) Red box here I come.

Great movies even though most of them are defective. The manager who is tall with blonde hair, I think her name is Cheryl, is very, very rude and routinely treats customers like they are beneath her.
