Worst customer service I have seen..bar none. Hadnt been in for 10 yrs. Thought Id give them a try. Rented 5 videos waiting at checkout and clerk put them on railing by door. I started walking out with them when a manager stopped me and said there was a video I didnt get. Confused I asked why. They said they were cleaning it first. And snickered at me. I asked why they didnt clean them BEFORE they put them out to rent..and he mumbled something else and sarcastically laughed. I asked to see the manager. He said he WAS the manager. I will NEVER go back .

Love this video store. Recently got a membership card and they give you half off of all rentals for 30 days. Cant beat that! Also they have awesome sales on movies. Not to mention their staff seems to be beyond happy to be at work. Its a great atmosphere and Im considering putting in an application soon. Would love to be a part of a great family.

There arent many movie rental stores any more in this day and age. However, this is a great place! Their selection is great, and movies end up being cheaper here than redbox per night. Plus you can pay $10 and get half off for a month (it is money well spent). They usually have 3d versions of movies too if they were made for it.

Costumer service use to be amazing but recently its been horrible. Just came in today and asked for help and the guy working was so rude its blew my mind! They have great deals and good movies but if you want help finding a movie or any information I would bother coming to this location. Ill be taking my business somewhere else.

They have a great selection of videos and the employees are very nice. Also you can pay $10 a month so that everything you rent is half price for the month that you paid the $10 for, which I think is very me!

Sadly Redbox has newer releases than Family Video. But they do have great deals on B rated movies, and occasionally call to offer half price rentals if its been a while since I was in last.
