I went there for the first time last week for four new tires and was blown away with the level of service and comfort of their facility. Unlike most shops, they actually got my vehicle in right away and finished within an hour. The funny thing is that I wouldnt have minded waiting a little longer because their waiting room is so comfortable. They have free wi-fi, a table with chairs and nice big comfortable sofa. They also have the days newspaper and nice soft-rock playing in the background. Im so used to being in horrible auto center waiting rooms with uncomfortable chairs, outdated magazines and some terrible Judge Judy type program blaring on a crappy little television with poor reception. Even though I didnt use it, they also offer free shuttle service if you live or work within a couple miles of the shop. The people there are very knowledgeable and given that it has been owned and operated by the same family for generations, they take a lot of pride in their customer service. The wide selection and price on their tires was also fantastic. Im glad I discovered this place and I will definitely go back.

They went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a service shop. They unfortunately didnt have the tire I needed, so instead of telling me they couldnt fix it until they ordered the tire, they called around to other local tire places to find one that could replace my tire that day (Chirstmas Eve). They then told me that they couldnt replace it or put a temporary used tire on my car until the next week, but another tire shop down the road could. Unfortunately, I needed the tire sooner rather than later, so I went to the tire shop down the road, but I will always come back to this place. They are very friendly, polite, and respectful. A couple of years ago, I had also gone to Telle Tires to get an inspection done. There was a long wait at every other car place I went to, and Telle Tire was also very busy. Their waiting room was under construction at the time, but they made sure I was comfortable in the employee break room. I am amazed by their hospitality. I also found out the other day that they do oil changes, so I think I will start doing my oil changes here from now on!

The people at Telle Tire earned my trust. I first took my car there after I walked out on another place and after the folks at Telle looked over my car they stated I needed nothing the previous shop was trying to push on me. They have a nice shuttle service, you can talk to the mechanics, and I trust their judgement. If you call them - they will offer you quotes fairly quickly. I did buy tires here - I did pay a little more than you would spend from an online retailer but they offer free rotations and balancing for, I believe, the life of the tires and the installation is included in the tire purchase. The benefit of buying them here is that if there is a warranty issue you wont have to mail them back to the online retailer, etc. Because it is a shop, they do have overhead - so parts are marked up a little - but if you bring them the parts you want installed - they will only charge you labor (I had struts installed once). All in all, from my experience over 2 years - they are trustworthy and will not try to get you to do anything unnecessary.

I had a broken tire and went to this place. They first told me that my sensor is broken and want to charge me $119 to replace that. I accepted the request and then after changing the sensor they told me that my tire have to be changed and told me the cheapest tire is $120. I just got these new tires from Walmart and it was $76 for each one of them so I didnt want them to change it and ask to put my old sensor back as well. They charge me $57.48 with nothing fixed. I went back to Walmart and they helped me to order the tire and after changed the tire, it was all good. My sensor was good but Telle tire want to charge me $119 to replace a good sensor! Thats ridiculous! Also after I denied to change the tire from their place, they didnt want to help me to pull over my car and asked me to go in to the mechanical room and back up from there on my own! Very Bad Experience! Dont go to this place! They will tell you replacing something that you dont even need to!

This is the only place we have ever taken any of our cars for tires - and I spent a lot of time there last year after popping 2 tires at different times and having leaks in other tires. The waiting room is manageable even with little children in tow, the service is as fast as can be expected - and they were courteous enough to let me know when would be a good time to come in and get things done as quickly as possible, mindful of the fact that I would have to bring small children with me. No one has been anything other than friendly and helpful. When I left the last time after getting a new tire and another tire patched, my tire pressure light came on. I went back in the next day and they fixed the issue, patching another leak, for no charge. I cant imagine getting tires anywhere else, b/c there would be no need!

I have taken several cars to Telle over the past 20 years. I have owned an Acura, a Cadillac, and currently own a Toyota. I have found them much less likely to sell me parts and services than the respective dealers. When I go in for an oil change, I leave with an oil change--and not an alignment, a radiator flush, or 2 or 3 other things that plump up the bill. I have purchased tires several times in the past. They have performed as represented. When I buy tires, I pay a few dollars extra, and then I get free rotation and flat repair. I have used the last service more times than I care to remember. They have a comfortable waiting area, free wi-fi, and NO TV in the waiting area! Yea! I am surprised to read some of the negative reviews. I have never had a bad experience at Telle.

About the person who gave a two start rating and described a bad experience with a rusty bolt, wherein the Telle folks didnt immediately make the repair as desired....well, I dont know what transpired there, but I have to say I doubt that the full story is told there. There has to be more to it that isnt described. I say this because from our perspective, my wife and I have nothing to tell about Telle except GOOD (VERY GOOD) things. We had an issue once, too, wherein something wasnt quite "right" right away, and Telle stuck with it. I think things can take time with ANY mechanic and with ANY kind of problem, but we see that with TELLE, persistence and commitment perseveres. NO COMPLAINTS and ONLY POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY. VERY HAPPY customers here!!

I waited for almost 2 hours for my right rear tire to be patched and they charged me $40 for it. Yes the customers waiting room is nice, with free water and coffee. But who come to the auto shop for relaxation? I found out later Hartmann does the easy job for $10. Yes, this auto shop is highly ranked, but probably by rich people. If you are a student like me, who is just wanting to get the problem fixed at the cheapest cost, avoid this store. Had I known the problem that my flat tire just needs a patch, I would have made many phone calls to compare prices first. I hate going to the auto shops. The feeling that you are totally passive and powerless sucks. I wish I could go to get a degree in mechanics so that I can be in charge of my own pocket.
