I purchased 4 tires from them, and was given a very reasonable price. Though they were busy, they got me out of there in approx. 1 1/2 hours. I did not have an appointment. Also I would recommend purchasing wipers from here as well, there price is the same as the box stores! The best reason to go here is their customer service, and how they treat people. Any number of garages can fix your cars, and some can be reasonable price wise. These guys treat people with respect, as I waited for my car at the shop, I heard conversation they had with other customers in person and over the phone. A+ So go see Keith the Car-X man, and his crew at Old Halls Ferry!

I have been coming to this location for over a year and have always been treated with respect and honesty. Darryl the manager is amazing and has great customer service skills that make you feel comfortable. MJ and Keith the mechanics always take great care of my vehicles and I have never had to have anything redone or had any problems after service. Best location and Car X should be appreciative of having such great and hard working employees that make customers feel like family!!!

I came into this store for a diagnostic test, and they found my problem with in 30 min. I have had my car at other places and no body could find my problem, and the best part was Kris the manager gave me the best price out of everybody. I would refer everyone I know to them!!!!!!!!

Waited 15 minutes on hold before I hung up when trying to ask for prices on tires. Glad Dobbs picked up right away and helped me. Not my first time having problems with this place. Id go somewhere else.
