I joined this Gym in 2015. At that time they had a great staff and I was very pleased with my decision. Shortly after I joined I noticed the high turn over of employees which first made me suspicious. When I signed my contract with Genesis I was told it would be easy to cancel in case I had to move for my job and I just had to pay a fee of $125 to cancel my contract early. When I moved halfway through my contract the nightmare began. I had to cancel several times because my cancellation was "lost". When I finally talked to Aaron who was/maybe still is the Manager at the time he was more than rude and tried to charge me way more than the cancellation fee. This has been going for several weeks of letters and phone calls from Genesis. Now I received a letter from a collection agency(which is coincidentally owned by the same person who owns Genesis) wanting me to pay close to $800. DO NOT sign a contract at this place! Go with a Gym that offers a month-to-month plan.

I will not visit this gym. I first thought it was interesting and contacted them for some more info. WORST IDEA EVER. "Frank Baltimore" called me the next day to talk about rates n such like he is selling you a vehicle. He tried so hard to sell the gym! He rambles and rambles, and when you turn his gym down he becomes an a**hole. Sad thing is, after all his incoherent rambling about what the gym has, I set up an appointment to meet. Did some online research, and I skipped the appointment. The next few days he spent calling every day trying to sell me this gym. Load of crap, not to mention...who the heck will pay $300 a month family memnership for someone to try selling pills this and diet that....? I will stick to my own do it my way gym for $30 a month.

Went in for a free 7 day pass before joining. Had to sit thru an hour and a half "interview" while they tried to hard sell the gym. Why not put the prices on a sign on the wall and get rid of the car dealer negotiating tactics to get as much money as they can from you. The monthly rates are very high, the joining fees are actually ridiculous. Highly trained sales manager bragged of making $100k+ a year selling their memberships. Will keep looking.

Ive been there since it was Ozark fitness and I can say for a fact that they have improved a VAST amount of the place.. the locker rooms, sauna, pool, hot tub, and equipment are just some of the improvements.. plus the classes and my amazing trainer Briana. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

didnt want to honer my contract I had with Ozark even so they had told us they would, wanted me to sign a new three year contract for more money with them. I left and have never been back. do yourself a favor and stay clear of that company, their word doesnt mean anything!!

Gym looks great but if you are trying to shop around dont even tgink avout stopping here first auper bad about pressuring you today going so far as calling me 4 hours later saying if you dont sign up today it will be $500. Horrible way to get soneone to join.

They are demanding money I dont owe them. Just a rebrand of Ozark Fitness. Even if you are running on the side of the road and get hit by a car it will be cheaper than working out here. 0/10 would never conduct business with again

I really enjoy all the equipment they have and the staff is amazing. I was trying to remember what my trainer had shown me and when the manager was working out, he took the time to correct my positioning. I love this place!

Its a nice facility. Not really worth the day pass of $15 for out of towners. I say "not really" the part that made me okay with it is free towel service. I travel around a lot and towel service at gyms is fading away.

DO NOT TRUST THEM! They gave me a false contract and I was paying for my membership for 4 months and was unaware. They will rip you off for you money however they can! Be Careful!
