I am looking for another insurance. Not satisfied with agent . In my years of driving never had the kind of experience as with aaa oh it was cheaper but for me I will pay a .little more for service explaining things fully and a stupid way of paying a part of the policy which under other insurances it is bundled. I read other bad reviews on the Saint Peters office on 591 Mid Rivers Drive. Dont let price dictate this is my first time I ever had aaa. I question what if I had a claim when paying a simple bill is a hassle. Through with that office. Colleen at main office explained my question and they can take a lesson from her.

My insurance agent Rob Alesi is great. He contacts you back very quickly and always looking out for you best interest. I do not ever want to switch insurances because of the agent! Hes friendly and understanding and makes things easy for you! By far the best agen out there I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you for being such a good agent Rob!!
