My name is Trina Batchelor. I would like to formally state that Kudos Imports is absolutely the BEST auto service company I have ever been too. The experience is unlike any other. Sydney goes ABOVE AND BEYOND to explain EXACTLY what is wrong with your car. he lets you know what they will do to fix it, and most importantly he cares about what he is doing. He is SO knowledgeable when it comes to these vehicles. I own a 2007 Volvo S60 and have went to Sydney twice now to have issues fixed. He fixes them not only in a timely manner, but calls with updates which in turn makes you feel comfortable, and peace of mind it is being worked on. I cannot explain enough how happy I am to have found him and his team. They are absolutely THE BEST ANYWHERE. If you are even thinking about going anywhere else, including the dealership, ---- dont do it. Sydney will take care of your issues and tries so hard to save you money in the process which I have never found anywhere else, EVER. I am delighted to have found him. When you are speaking with him, whether it be over the phone or in person, he takes the time to explain in detail about what will happen, and if you would like to go that route. He is amazing. I cannot say enough about Kudos Imports. The way I found them was by chance. I googled Volvo service repair online and came across this website. I then read the reviews...I am pretty sure by the 3rd review I stopped reading and just called to make an appointment. Everyone seems to love this shop, and I can definitely see why. I just wanted to write a review because he has helped me twice within the past year or so and he is unbelievably fantastic. he also just seems like the type of person you would want as your neighbor, or just to speak with from time to time. he is such a nice person. The thing that strikes me the most however is his ability to seem to know exactly what is wrong just by you explaining it. I would and DO recommend Kudos Imports to everyone. Please consider taking your vehicle here, and you will never again take it anywhere else. I hope they stay here for years and years to come. If there were unlimited amount of stars to give, that is what I would do. Just a million starts! Number one shop!!!! Thank you.

I recently moved from south Florida to Saint Louis. I drive a Lexus Rx 300 and I have been having issues with my transmission for months and months. While living in south Florida I had my Lexus to the dealership numerous times for shifting issues and every time I got my vehicle back the problem would resurface a few weeks after the repair. After spending thousands of dollars with the stealer-ship I went to a independent shop and they replaced numerous parts on my vehicle which I thought actual repaired my vehicle. Nope as soon as I drove from south Florida to St Louis my transmission acted up again and this time it was terrible. Not know where to go because I was new to the area I went to Dobbs Auto when they checked my vehicle out they realized this was a problem they couldnt handle and recommended me to a shop called Kudos Import Auto Service. I called Syd From Kudos Import Auto Service and explained my issue to him. Wow the nicest auto technician Ive ever spoken to. Syd was more then confident he could help me out. And sure enough Syd not only found the issue with my transmission he found multiple issues that the other repair shops caused. Kudos Import Auto Service replaced my transmission valve-body and repaired missing and broken ground wires that caused the issue. Kudos had my vehicle for one week and in that time Syd called me numerous times to keep me informed on what they were doing to get me back on the road. When I went to pick my vehicle up from Kudos Import Auto Service they had my car detailed inside and out it was the cleanest I have ever seen my car. Also the cost of the repair was very affordable. I have been driving my Lexus now for 3 months and no more ISSUES. I am so very pleased. Thank you Syd Kudos to you and your guys. You have a life long customer.

When my A4 left me stranded in a parking lot I had no no clue who to call. I had poor experiences with dealer mechanics in the past and didnt want to have it towed there. So while waiting for a tow truck I did some quick research and found Kudos. I spoke with Sydney who was more than happy to assist. Over the next day, Sydneys guys diagnosed the problem, updating me regularly. Come to find out, the timing chain slipped. Not a cheap fix. Sydney was all too familiar with the issue and had seen it before. He knows his Audis. Sydneys guys continued to dive in to get an the extent of the damage over the next few days, Sydney calling me as they went, in case at any time I decided it was too much to fix. The extent of the damage was pretty severe but I decided to have it all repaired. All in all Kudos had the car for about 8 business days and I got an update almost 2 times a day on the progress and ways we may be able to save some $$ (by locating out of state parts which, while delaying the fix, saved me almost $1000). The A4 now drives like new again and Sydney has gone out of his way to check up on me after the service to ensure the job was done right. At the end of the day, I feel I got the best service at a cost that was well under what I would have paid at the dealer. While I hope to never have to deal with a repair like that again, I am happy to know I have a mechanic I can trust. Thank you again Sydney and your team at Kudos!

Review If you have a problem with your car that no one else can fix, take it to Syd and his expert staff. They will fix it and do it as economical as possible. Better yet, save yourself the time, effort and expense and take it to Kudos first. I have a 1993 Mercedes 600 SL, the most technically advanced car of its time. I had a myriad of problems, in most part caused by the biodegradable insulation on the main engine wiring harness and the fuel injection wiring harness. The insulation simply deteriorated causing computer and sensor malfunction. We spent 18 frustrating months to work through all the issues. Anyone else would have given up, but Syd stuck with it, went the extra mile on numerous occasions, bought parts from the UK and shopped the internet to save me money. I now own a 24 year old classic 600 SL that runs as good as when it left the showroom floor. And Syd has a customer that wont let anyone but Kudos so much as change the oil. Regarding my first visit to Kudos and working with David I would like to express the following experiences: I brought my 1998 740i BMW (118K miles) in for handling and radio problems. David handled my service write-up in a very thorough manner and suggested a complete diagnostic work-up to evaluate my vehicles overall condition... known and unknown issues. The diagnostic report indicated more serious issues that even I knew of. David and Syd both reassured me that if I placed my vehicle in their hands I would be very well pleased at the results. I trusted their judgement and expertise. The outcome was to put it simply, AMAZING! I received my vehicle in great shape with all the minor and major problems gone and the performance of the vehicle was almost as it was when I originally purchased it in 1998. What an absolute joy to feel the power and performance of this incredible vehicle again. Kudos to Kudos!
