My sons car broke down right next to their shop (St. Peters) in the Bank of America parking lot. There was only a curb and patch of grass separating the bank and Precision Auto (St. Peters). I went to pick my son up and notice that the Precision shop was right there so I called them and ask if they could step over and see what was wrong with the car because it had been driving fine all day and just stop running when my son went in the bank. They told me I would have to have it towed to them. I informed them that I was right on the other side of their building and that I would even pay them. Only a patch of grass and a curb was how close we were , but they told me sorry you still have to get it towed. WOW what a way to get new business. Ending up having someone come help and found out that it was just a dead battery. Only took 5 mins. I guess they dont need any new business. They will defiantly not get any from my family or friends.

The team at Precision Auto is always helpful and honest. I choose to take my Lexus to their shop for all repairs. While there havent been many, each time I leave knowing the job was done correctly. You will spend the same changing your oil at home as you will with Pat and his team. Unlike many competitors, I have never found oil in my driveway after a change because of a loose cap or other careless mishaps that occur with other shops. Most recently I had issues with tires that were NOT purchased at Precision. Dominic went out of his way to price alternatives and made an introduction to a manager at the store they were from to help resolve the issues. I highly recommend this team, this shop and their services. While many places out there have forgotten what customer service means -- Precision Auto Repair reminds me every time I visit.

These guys are the best! The are honest, highly skilled, and dependable. If you take your car to them they tell you exactly what is wrong and do not build in a lot of extra add-in "service" to pad the bill, or try to up-sell you with a bunch of things you do not need. They do not low-ball you on an estimate only to hit you with a surprise higher cost after the work is done. Their prices are very competitive, but the main thing is that they fix it right just like they said they would. They have fixed large and small things on my cars for a number of years now, and I recommend them to everyone I know that needs a good, honest mechanic. Simply the best!

Fast service, fair prices, quality work. The owner ("Pat") is very nice + professional. They dont care about style (the place is ugly), but they care alot about substance (fixing it right the 1st time, not ripping you off, & gently telling you the truth -- good + bad). This is the kind of small/local/independent business youve been wanting to give your hard-earned $ to. If youve desperately wanted an antidote to Dobbs/Firestone/NTB/etc., Precision is it. If you just "judge a book by its cover", though, youll miss out on saving $.

Had a Brake job done.. Rotors, pads and some other things.. to the tune of about six hundred dollars.. I noticed the car shaking a little after I got it back,I thought it was just because of the new brakes but when that shaky feeling didnt stop I took it back in.. They said it was not the new rotors they put on but something else, and of course for a extra cost they could fix that too..... I had another mechanic look at it and then I also took it somewhere else, It WAS the "NEW" rotors they installed...

I took my truck in for an oil change and the price I paid was almost double what was listed on his "menu". Granted my truck took an extra quart of oil, however when I brought up the fact that the price was surprised me Pat told me I should take my truck to jiffy lube or do it myself next time. Very rude experience

Friendliest place I have ever taken my car, been using them since I moved. Oil changes are very affordable, prompt and pleased with repairs, and I feel that I can trust their recommendations because of the caring service rather than pushy sales tactics. Highly Recommended.

Got charged 20 bucks for an air filter. Pulled out my air filter and it had not been changed. Got a refund and everyone makes mistakes but that is just criminal.
