Had my experience of rude customer service, while I was in uniform. I know it doesnt matter badge or not people shouldnt be rude to customers. I went into this store for 2 stamps at 8:15a. The lady told me that they would only do it if I carried cash and she was very rude about It, I explained I dont carry cash. She stayed well youd have to come back when we open at 830a or I wont take card. The sign outside stated that the lobby opened at 8a. Not friendly staff. Very rude. I later went to New Haven post office to get my stamps instead.

Few minutes till closing all my mother needed was to hand in a package and leave and the front office clerk she closed the door in my moms face and told her some of us want to go home.

Fairly nice people there, but bring your own tape or you will have to buy a roll there because they dont let you use any of theirs.
