If I could give them 0 stars I would, but unfortunately that isnt an option. My husband and I had a storage unit with them for about 5-6 weeks, and during that time our storage unit was broken into. Several items were stolen out of our storage unit, and I am still having to work with the Helena Police department about this. You might be thinking "well sometimes these things happen, dont take it out on the storage unit." Here is the thing, we came to out storage unit to pack up and move out of state. Upon arriving we noticed out lock was cut :( Looking around it looked like all of the units had been attempted to have the locks cut, but only ours was actually cut. We called the storage unit company to talk to them, and their response was "oh it was?" Then they sent one of their workers out and his response was "I noticed the lock was cut last Friday (it was Thursday, so 6 days later) but forgot to say something." REALLY?!?!?! You noticed but failed to call us to let us know? Then upon looking around the guy noticed that TWO of their "security" cameras were cut. Do they not monitor these things at all? How did they not notice that two cameras were cut? I am a really understanding person, and know that sometimes things are out of our control. However, the way that it was handled was terrible. If they would have been monitoring their cameras, and notified us right away if would be different. They are not professional in any sense, and not worth the risk of placing your items there. Who know if they even spent the money on replacing those cameras that were cut, honestly I doubt they did.

Great friendly staff to help me with whatever I needed. Newly renovated buildings kept out the weather. All around, great self storage facility.
