Claim they are a "Family" Business... Dont let them fool you! Take your car to the dealer where you know you will get it done right the first time and not have to keep on returning to this place with ongoing issues that never seem to get fixed. To me, a "Famliy" business is one that wont just do quick fixes so they can see you more often and try to squeeze more cash out of your pocket book...
