I took my 2000 Jeep Wrangler to Aamco initially because it was leaking transmission fluid. I worked with Thomas Scott, who owns both Tulsa locations. He was polite, honest and a pleasure to work with. Initially, they were simply going to reseal the transmission, but then I got a call from Jeff in quality control, who recommended a soft parts rebuild before the reseal. This only cost a bit more, and will be worth it in the long run. (What good is it to seal up a transmission that will need rebuilding in six months?) I was glad he made the suggestion. The guys at Aamco are not pushy and they dont mess around or BS trying to "upsell". Aamco also noticed that my brake rotors were badly damaged, gouged, thin and very dangerous (due to brake pads worn to metal by the previous owner). Thomas didnt "push" this sell, but honestly was concerned for my safety. As they replaced these, they noticed a broken U joint and replaced both U joints without charging labor. After a test drive, it was discovered that my front driveshaft (4WD) was damaged. They repaired the driveshaft at a very reasonable cost. Overall, the prices were very reasonable, and Thomas applied a $100 off coupon to my balance as a courtesy. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future for all of my Jeep upkeep. Fast, professional, quality service. Wonderful experience. A+ to Thomas Scott and his Harvard team.

This is 4.7.2016.. I took my work Van, 1999 Ford Windstar and they fixed my check engine light problem which was major, Brakes, heater, a bunch of things were wrong. Anyway, they did more than was expected and I appreciate Ron working with me. Steve the mechanic was very professional and thorough. I will take all my cars to them, they know what they are doing!! No, I dont have any relatives working there.. We had trouble with our 2005 Suzuki forenza shifting out of Park to Drive position. Took it in, a few hours later Ron called and they found a Break switch bad. They replaced it, still had some small problem, they fixed it at no charge. Tom Scott, the owner, gave my sister-in-law a ride home when they worked on it. Ron & Scott where very pleasant and SAVED US A LOT OF MONEY!!. I would strongly recommend AAMCO on 41st Harvard. They listened to us and were very pleasant to work with. We will use them again for sure..

I took my 2007 SUV in with multiple problems! Ron was really great to listen to my list of issues, keep me informed throughout the detailed diagnosis, and list out for me, in order of importance, the most crucial and needed repairs so I could decide what to do and when. Most appreciated was when they were working on the repairs and discovered two items were not necessary once they had things apart and could get a better look! Instead of doing them anyway, they did not perform the unnecessary items saving me from spending money I really didnt have! They also provided a ride for me back and forth to work when needed and the driver (Margarito?? I hope thats close!) was great to visit with! My car runs so much better (and quieter!!) now. Im a happy customer who will bring my car back to this Aamco the next time needed.

They are friendly, expedient, and generous. I asked to have a transmission service done on Saturday morning because my truck would drop rpm, sometimes even stall, when shifting into reverse, among multiple other issues. I received a call about 2 hours after I dropped the truck off. My transmission was very low on fluid so they filled it to the proper level, checked for leaks and told me to monitor the level. They didnt even charge me for a transmission service. I could have easily paid for a service that I did not receive and not known the difference. The integrity level here is second to none. I will be returning for any future service needs and will also refer anyone I can to this shop. Thanks Again! Andrew By the way, my 1995 F-150 shifts and drives 10x better than it did when I took it in.

These guys are great! They are willing to do whatever is needed and are ready to do it on a moments notice! I brought my Jeep in today to get a headlight bulb replaced. They didnt have the bulb on hand, but they special ordered it and had it hand delivered within 10 minutes! They had one of their mechanics come straight over and had it in within a few minutes. I was just having small talk with Ron, the manager, and mentioned that the power to my cigarette lighter had stopped working so I couldnt charge my phone. Ron poked his head outside and had his team take a look. They had it fixed in no time! Prices were great and lower than what I expected. Thanks guys! I will be returning!

I called AAMCO on 41st and Harvard, a little apprehensive about getting service done. I knew I was going to need major transmission work and I was very scared at what I thought it was going to cost me. After talking with Ron on the phone my feelings were changed. He quoted me a figure(which I know is not going to be entirely accurate when dealing with automatic transmissions) and came in under the amount he quoted me. I was very happy with the price. I have been driving my vehicle for three months now and I am very pleased with the transmission service that was done. I strongly recommend this location to anyone needing service. I was not disappointed. Thanks AAMCO Team!

One word, --AMAZING!!! I cant brag enough on the customer service! The gentleman Ron was very busy and had other calls as well as customers on the floor, he asked, very politely I may add, if he could call me back in a few mins. That is exactly what was delivered I minute and 47 seconds later I received a call, where Ron explained his concern for me replacing the part myself or if it was even the part to start with. Which I had no clue was even a possibility, thanks again! He offered a free diagnostic, and if necessary, he would drive around in the car with me to see the issue with his own eyes. Im am still in awe with the customer service! Thanks Ron!

My transmission was leaking and I brought it to Aamco. They discovered that my mechanic back home put in 2 1/2 quarts of transmission fluid over capacity. Aamco drained the transmission fluid and replaced it with the correct amount. Not to mention they did this quickly because I live out of state and had to drive home in two days. They did this all for free and I dont even live in Tulsa. What an experience. Oh, and another bonus, the other transmission shop nearby was closed because it was the Monday after the holiday. But this shop was open! I wish I had this Aamco back in Denver where Im from.

My son had his transmission "fixed" at the Aamco in Bedford, Texas. Within 10 months, it appeared the transmission was shot so, after getting no real help from the folks in Bedford, he limped the truck to the Aamco location in Tulsa. From the start, Rob assured him hed take of the problem - and he did. In fact, Rob put an entirely new transmission in the truck, because the work done previously was shoddy. Id highly recommend the Tulsa location at 41st to anyone - and I have, to anyone Ive spoken to. When you find an honest and reliable repair shop, its golden. Thanks Rob! Pete
