This company is fair and honest and those working there are friendly and helpful. They bend over backward so much that I sometimes feel I need to watch out that they dont end up having me take advantage of them. I dont think I have ever had that experience at any other repair shop. When you feel you have to ask: "Are you sure thats all I owe?" You know you have a great trading partner. I even think the cat that lives there behaves well, probably because they treat even the cat well. When the price is fair and the service is great why do business with anyone else? Considering the problems with going here and there and not having consistent care for your car, ending up needing a tow in the middle of no where, or getting in a wreck because of a lack of maintenance, having such a great partner to help you keep yourself and your car out of trouble is one amazingly good deal. So do I think everyone should do business with this company? You bet I do, and to be frank Id think I was crazy not to, and if you dont believe me, just ask their cat who seems to exude great satisfaction with the deal they give. Any more questions? Feel free to ask. I can give more details, but as I tend to be long winded... Perhaps just ask the cat. ;)

These guys stand behind their work and do an excellent job. They are consistently the best gig in town. While the price isnt ALWAYS the cheapest, it generally is. But you dont have to go back to get work redone. They take care of things the first time and are the ones you can trust. We (our business) have checked on them multiple times to make sure their pricing is on point and they have never been more than 8% higher. Normally, theyre 10-30% cheaper for service. I dont think well ever go anywhere else with the level of customer service offered here. Keep it up!! BTW, Val is the guy to talk to if you dont have a good experience with someone else (if you get Joe on the phone, hang up and call back to talk to someone else. He has horrible customer service skills). Hell apologize profusely and do what he can to fix things.

One of the most dishonest and unhelpful auto shops Ive ever been to. Its family owned so they have no accountability and complaining will get you no where. They installed the wrong battery in my car which left me stranded in downtown dallas in the middle of the night because it of course cause my car to break down, when I brought it back, they charged me for the incorrect battery they installed which was their own error as well as the new one. When I pointed out how the whole matter was their fault and that I should in fact be getting a refund for the wrong batter they put in my car that left me stranded, the manager responded by basically telling me that he was the boss so theres nothing I can do about it. Horrible customer service. Unbelievably unkind people. Just plain thieves.

Let me first say that not all employees are bad at Napa in Wylie They do have one that is very good and honest his name is Scott Now with that being said Mr Dan Stramel is not honest or cares about you or your car ! He only cares about is your money ! If you take your car to have them and ask them to check brakes believe me your getting brakes , even if you dont need them ! The so called Techs have no training nor do they have any certifications in auto repair , I wont say how i this but if you dont believe me just ask to see them , Do you know how to keep talented people ? ill tell you , Pay talented money Mr stramel does not ! he has more employee turn over than any place ive ever seen , word to the wise watch out unless you dont mind being taken !!!

I have a particularly difficult-to-diagnose issue with a heavily modified car. Most shops wouldnt even look at it. One down the street charged me $200 to scratch their heads. Kyle told me that he couldnt quote a price without finding the real problem, but at least gave a range over the phone, qualified by "if thats the real problem..." I was convinced that it was a blown head gasket. Turns out I was wrong. He talked me out of spending an extra $2000 on an engine. Not many people manage to change my mind. Everyone Ive met has been honest. Nothing about this place has set off my spider-sense. Its clean, well staffed and, so far, has provided a significantly better experience than any shop, mechanic or dealership Ive dealt with in the past 12 years.

These guys are FAST and FRIENDLY. I have been using them for the last three years since I moved to Wylie. I only live a couple of blocks from the store, but they are always willing to offer a ride if I need one. I have two vehicles and all the work they have done on both has been great. NO PROBLEMS. Not easy finding a place where they treat you great coming in and leaving, and where they are ready to fix any flaw in the labor. Every time I have needed them to explain what they are doing to my vehicles, they have been very thorough with the information. I have compared prices with other places and they are right on target for the work they do. Thanks guys for work well done.

After hitting a curb I took my vehicle here to be repaired. They said we cant fix it without new tires. I took my car to Walmart got 4 new tires. Took it back to be fixed and aligned. Total 900 dollars. Less than 3 monthes later front tires bald down to the steel belts. So I take back its warranted for 2 years 24 thousand miles. They tell me that they forgot to tighten something up and my strut is now bent. They charge me 5 hundred more to fix theyre mistake. Save your money and time dont use this place.

Im fixing up an old Mustang and usually do the work myself. The guys up here can find me some of the oddest parts most auto parts places will scratch their heads on. They are always happy to help. Even when I run into a snag, this is the place I trust to work on my project. Dan always treats me fair and takes care my car. Not many shops these days take the time to get it right. Ive never left upset and would recommend this place to anyone.

Dan, Scott, Joe and all the guys at NAPA Wylie Auto Care have taken care of all my auto repair needs for years. I usually just call, talk to one of the guys, drop my car off and pick it up when its done. They go out of their way to make sure any problems have been taken care of, and always say, " if you still have a problem or notice anything wrong, just bring it back and well look at it ". Thanks Guys !

Worst possible customer service anywhere. Paid for a repair to oil sending unit. $495. Drove 15 miles same problem. Took to factory dealer called Napa Wylie they send to bring in the receipt and old parts for a refund. Did just that. Owner told me no refunds and if you can take him to court if you wish. They do not honor thier warranty or stand behind their work.
