They take care of my fleet and personal vehicles. And when we actually they always stand behind there work. Personal service with a great Christian family based business. Get to know the owners and crew for a minute and they always have good insight. Have always been told whats wrong and how much before job is completed and when I have an emergency and need to get a work vehicle quickly back on to the road the go out of there way to stop what their doing and get me fixed without wrecking my pocket book. They are not the cheapest in town but they dont nickel and dime you to death either. As any other service based company and mechanical equipment some things do go wrong. This is normal and cant always be prevented but they stand by their service and work hard to get it fixed right and if its something they did wrong or missed the always stand behind it and compensate for the additional repairs. THIS IS THE ITMOST IN REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. AS I PERFORM THE SAME IN MY BUSINESS MODEL. I WOULD RATHER LOSE A COUPLE BUVKS MAKING IT RIGHT WITH THE CUSTOMER AND HAVE A REPEAT CUSTOMER FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. THIS IS HOW THIS SHOP ROLLS AND ALSO WHY HE IS SUCCESSFUL AND HAS MANY REPEAT CUSTOMERS AND GREAT WORD OF MOUTH FROM MANY PEOPLE. J isnt afraid to get dirty and fix issues that arent normal to everyday repairs. He can turn wrenches with the best of them and isnt just a sit in the office kind of owner. He takes pride in his work and pride in his crew and teaching young workers to become great mechanics. Again the only way to grow your business is from within!!

Took my car in to Bulldog on Monday after spending $500 at the dealership to have it returned to me not running... The dealership transferred it to another "certified dealership" who told me it needed a new engine for $5500.. Bulldog agreed with the assessment, got me an engine with 2x the warranty and charged me less than 1/2 the price.. Three days later I picked the car up and its back to being its happy self. Affordable, responsive and honest.

I WON MY COURT CASE AGAINST HIM AND GOT MY $1700.00 DOLLARS BACK. HE NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS IN ROYSE CITY. GONNA REPORT HIM TO THE MAYOR. Jarrod Buck is a rip off. He was suppose to ovethaul my transmission and charged me $1700 and found out he got a transmission from a junkyard that wont go in reverse. SEE U IN COURT JARROD BUCK.

Bull Dog Transmission has been awesome! They take care of all of car maintenance! They have done A/C repairs, C/V axles, tune ups, and oil changes to name a few. They even have taken my wife home and returned the car to my house! Jarrod and the guys are great! Thanks again for all you do for us!

This place is a joke. He needs to remove the word transmission from his business name and from his vocabulary sinxe he knows absolutely nothing about them. Make sure u ask to see their ASE certification because i bet u wont get to see it since ir doesnt exist.
