I found George to be very courteous. We took our Ford pickup there to replace the electrical harness so the over drive would stay on Everything else was fine no transmission problem. Afterwords,. we drove it and when switching to third gear it jerked heavy, Took it back and he said the transmission computer was out. Paid for a new one installed. Still did the same thing so he thought it was another problem. He replaced that and it still did same thing. He then thought it was the new computer and stalled on getting another one for months saying he cannot find one. Finally I took to another shop for another opinion and the computer was fine but a solenoid was bad. The other shop replaced that. It is our opinion and the other mechanic that when they replaced the harness they shorted out the computer and solenoid. I think he has no integrity and his mechanic did a very bad job,. I think he owes me a refund for a job badly done. Never would I let him touch another vehicle of mine.

I dropped off my vehicle at 7:30am and let them know that i was having issues with my brakes. I was notified by 3pm that the car was repaired and a total for my repairs! The car is running great! They repaired a like from my master to rear brake line. My right front caliper was sticking. They replaced the brake pads on the front. They repaired all and major 4 wheel system bleed. These guys are fantastic! They are punctual and respectful. This is the second repair they have taken care of (the first was a complete transmission and radiator replacement. Prices are fair and they are definitely true to the name! They always have integrity in dealing with you and are never seeking to trick or pull the wool over your eyes. Finally a repair shop that isnt looking to get as much out of you as possible! God bless you guys! You are awesome!

George at integrity went above and beyond to help me with my car... long story short, he spent a lot of time to help me get my transmission replaced under warranty at the dealership and when they said they would not replace it, he helped me fight them and get it replaced. He helped me when there was nothing for him to gain from doing so. I recommend this company 110%!!!!

I have a 92 suburban it was have shifting issues. I had taken it to another transmission shop they told me it needed a new transmission. George found the problem was kick down linkage. Adjusted and fixed for $85. Thank you and I will be sending all my friends there.
